I hired Goodwit Commerce, run by Jack Hartigan and Dan Tenner, to manage my Amazon store for my small boutique food business. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Over a 6-month period, my store was generating thousands of dollars in losses each month, even though I was regularly told we were at breakeven, which was the mutually agreed-upon plan.

The team acknowledged there were issues with how things were managed, though I have not received any compensation for the financial damage to my business. It will take significant time and effort to recover. In my opinion, I would advise other businesses to be extremely cautious when considering this agency. There are many other Amazon agencies to choose from.
