FEDEX is a joke!!!!!
I am a hotel manager on South Beach, FL I had a driver come to my hotel on Monday 9/16/19 he rang the doorbell and the ring app picked him up. I told the driver that to please come back during business hours 9-5 he mentioned ok. The next day the same driver came back Tuesday 9/17/19 the driver once again came at 5:15pm after business hours. When I answered the ring app again I have him recorded saying "your not here again I will just return the package to the sender". This is not even the worst part!!!! The worst part came Wednesday 9/18/19 when the same driver came to the door at 3:30PM and delivered the package, when I noticed the package was heavy I looked at it to see why it had been delivered here thinking it might been for a guest at my hotel. The package address was not even the address to my hotel. So not only was the driver rude & disrespectful but also didn't know how to do his job correctly. When I saw the address I walked the two blocks to the correct address and delivered the package myself. The guy was super happy and was wondering why his package had taken so long. Well the reason your package was taking long was the DUMMY!!! who was delivering it was going to the wrong place. The guy opened up the package and come to find out it was a brand new laptop computer. I will never use FEDEX for my company seeing how when I tried to file a complaint the reps couldn't even get the information I was telling them correct the rep was telling me that the package was to go to the address on the box and Im like yea but thats not the address she was wrong also. FEDEX IS A JOKE!!!!!!!

HORRENDOUS SERVICE MIAMI

For the most part I, just so happens only use UPS or USPS, as most amazon and online shopping deliveries come to my home this way. The FEDEX PROBLEMS started about 2+ years ago, when I subscribed to a food service delivery, they would send fresh produce each week. Unfortunately they only used FEDEX services. So my problems started, one week, they would deliver no problem, the next week the driver would never show up and would make up all kinds of excuses - customer wasnt home, business is closed, address not found, signature needed etc. you named it, I heard it. Mind you, absolutely nothing has changed in regards to my info. My undelivered food would stay in their warehouse and get spoiled, it would create a chain reaction where i had to stay with them on the phone days and figure out whats is going on to having to go buy new food and spend more money, meal company having to reimburse me partially and loose money as well! It got so bad, that the actual manager from the shipping center had to take the matter in his own hands and re train his drivers or hold them accountable for their lies. Per his words - they hire often new drivers, which are not the best of quality. The sad part is FEDEX ISN'T DOING ABSOLUTELY anything about it! So latest issue, I ordered a package from Target and was 2 days guaranteed delivery to be made on 09.13.19. I received half package only that day no problem! and the other half is lost in SPACE! called FEDEX 1800 AGAIN - and they gave me all excuses under the sun again - customer not home, address incorrect, customer moved, and the latest reason - they had no reason at all after holding my package for 3 days in the warehouse, they had no explanation as to why???? The 1800 manager i spoke to was so non chalant - drivers are independent contractor so they do what they want! FEDEX PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS as this is not how service is provided!

I have had a few deliveries from FedEx

I have had a few deliveries from FedEx. Only problem is, they were not delivered to me. It's been over a week of complaining to them and still no packages. Someone I do not know, is now the proud owner of a new queen mattress and a few smaller things. I really don't get it, as UPS seems to have no problem at all making deliveries to my house. Obviously, whoever runs this route, out of Kingsport, TN. does not know their way around. Frustrated beyond belief.

My parcel is still missing and its been 10 days

My parcel is still not reaching me despite calling so many times and its been 10 days .. and these people along with online shopping site making fool of me ..and giving me no status update ... why its been late or any information about it ... its so unprofessional and frustrating... really dont know what should i do ... kindly stay away such services and online shopping site like printer point , though i m filing complaint against both fedex n printer point

Do your job!

The product has arrived at my local distribution centre in Sydney Australia yesterday (Tuesday) but they won't deliver it until Friday as it is being scheduled as Friday. I have never heard of such thing. It's there already. Why not make a little effort? You call that a service?

Fedex Delivery not done properly; not done at all!

Fedex rang at the building door. We let the driver in. Came up to the 5th floor later ??? why ???did not knock on the door but put a door tag saying will attempt another delivery another day. 1 week later still no delivery no more tag. When I called the agent said that apparently an attemps was made the very next day. Well nobody from Fedex came the next day because they did not contact us: ring door or knock and no door tag saying thay they were here and to pick it up at the nearest Fedex location which is in Surrey. Instead the agent over the phone told me the package was held in DELTA much further than where I live. Well Fedex service really sucks!!!!

If you have the option, NEVER use FedEx

I order something from Amazon, it says it’s coming during the week. Okay, so it should come in at around 5 or so right, so that I can actually receive it?

LETS DELIVER IT AT 1:39 BECAUSE WERE GOING TO ASSUME IF PEOPLE ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO ACTUALLY HAVE US SHIP TO THEM THEY CANT KEEP A JOB
Basically, FedEx doesn’t have the common sense to deliver a package at a decent time. I will post my delivery number later, when I pick my product up from the local pick up spot

Fedex suck.I had to cancel my auto shipment from chewy .com . Because they kept delivering my heavy boxes to front door when I repeatedly ask to deliver to back door . I guess they cannot read.

This has been an ongoing issue

This has been an ongoing issue. Every package delivered by FedEx is mutilated and looks like it has been kicked around. It shows they do not have respect for others things. I just received two packages and once again they are busted up and the contents leaked every where. They left them on our dock like that. When UPS delivers to us, our packages are intact 100% of the time. FedEx is overrated!

I wish I could give Fedex less than one…

I wish I could give Fedex less than one star. This business has lost two very important packages of mine within a two-three month period and seems to have no remorse whatsoever about the matter. Everyone I have spoken with through their customer support team has a “it’s not my problem” attitude and will quickly transfer me to someone else just go get me off the phone. I’m usually a pretty reasonable and forgiving person, but this kind of unprofessionalism deserves to be publicized so that others can be warned of their poor business tactics prior to using their services. Thanks.

Second time they lose a package

Second time they lose a package. First time it was delivered to the wrong address and I was the one tracking down and retrieving the package, this time they said it was delivered, in fact no package was received. Terrible company

NEVER HAD A PROBLEM FROM UPS

This is the second time that I've had issues with my packages. This last time, the drive didnt even deliver it on the right date...it was still inside the terminal so no one made an effort to deliver. It was marked that the driver came by but he never did.

I placed an order through a company…

I placed an order through a company that just so happened to use fed ex as a delivery service. I personally don’t Ike fed ex because every single time I have an order coming through them, there is a problem. This time around I Ordered my package the 7th of September. The INITIAL scheduled delivery date was the 13th. Having a busy schedule I totally forgot about the package and tracked it September 13th which was the due date and it was changed to September 16th. This was an inconvenience for me because I left for a trip Monday afternoon. So Monday morning with my package not available, I called to see where my package was, and since it wasn’t where it was supposed to be, could the shipping address be changed to where I was. I called and was transferred to several different people who really just didn’t have any interest in dealing with the issue. It’s Monday night and now it says that my delivery is pending. Still no activity and no idea where my package is. I hate to be one to complain, but I really needed this package before I left. And I Probably would’ve taken it better if it was handled properly, but instead suggested to contact the sender. Who didn’t have the package. Very poor customer service!

Sellers: Please STOP using FedEx! They are incompetent.

Being realistic, FedEx loses about 1 in every six packages they were hired to deliver to my address. I have needed to request more refunds due to FexEx losing shipments than all other reasons combined in my lifetime, and I rarely return purchases. In fact, if I know a retailer uses FedEx I am less likely to shop with them. As a business owner, I would never hire FedEx due to my experience with them as a buyer. If they do actually deliver a package, the driver does not even knock on the door; I can’t tell you how long items just sit outside before I am aware they are delivered. I’m Writing this because I have already called customer service twice, which I suspect is outsourced to India, and am not getting a result. There is no follow through, it seems, and a canned insincere response is at most what one will get from customer service. This is September, however the holiday season is the worst. I had 4 consecutive orders placed and shipped over the last holiday and FedEx lost EVERY ONE. It is unbelievable! For one of those orders, the driver insisted they delivered the package and handed it to the person answering the door. Their drivers are complete liars. A neighbor found this particular missing package partially submerged in a puddle covered in mud behind a bush around the corner from my residence. No one tampered with it, this is where the package was left by their liar employee. They are terrible at hiring people, and lack responsibility as a business. Both UPS and USPS deliver on time, knock on the door, and rarely have issues. If you are a business owner or simply have something fairly important to ship, avoid FedEx! As a shopper I am sick of them and wish they were not even in business.

Safely delivered after initial error

Tracking said that our rugs had been delivered and accepted, but we eventually found they had been delivered to the wrong address as the driver couldn't read the postcode. Customer Service dealt with our query and our carpets were safely delivered the next day

FedEx sucks

FedEx sucks. I have packages delivered every day, when I see the vendor uses FedEx, my stomach sinks. FedEx is so obviously mismanaged and logistics is not a strong point. They'll bring a pack to my town and then to another facility 35 miles away, then back to my town a couple days later. Or make me sign for some low value package, so I have to be home, then they don't show up. NEVER have any problem with UPS.
If a vendor wants to lose my business, keep using FedEx.

Had a delivery today (September 18) I was anxious to get, yep, they delivered to the wrong address, then marked it delivered on their website. Hard to believe they're still in business. Typical, and not surprised.

The worst of all the shipping companies. My package has been sitting 5 miles from me for 3 days. I can't go pick it up because its already loaded on a truck and it would be too hard to find it. Just freaking deliver it then!!!!!!

FedEx is the worst delivery option if…

FedEx is the worst delivery option if it's a package which require a signature. They do not give you a window for delivery. If you have things to do or work everyday. Do not use FedEx or places that use FedEx when signature required. They have no way of contacting drivers. Just no kind of consideration for customers.
