quality of the service has been going down
overall is ok, the price is ok, but its almost weekly that their internet goes down
today is the worst already 4 hours down and its not even possible to call
over 2 years, the quality of the service has been steadily going down especially after they have united fastweb and vodafone

Not possible to activate
Not possible to activate. It is not possible to activate the mobile connection due to the requirements from FastWeb. I am a Fastweb and Vodafone customer in Italy for years. I own a vacation house but I am not a resident in Italy. So i have no SPID, CIE or italian health insurance card (Tessera Sanitaria). Without any of these they cannot activate. I tried online, I tried visiting a shop, no success. I am an european citizen with an Italian Tax Id, a valid passport and a registered address in Italy. Still they cannot activate a mobile phone. The FastWeb service is not accessible for european citizens in spite of the european laws. All other providers have no issue.

Romans, lend me your ear
Romans, countrymen, lend me your ear. I’ve come to bury Fastweb, not to praise it. Fastweb fiber in Rome is the most unreliable internet I ever had the misfortune to rely on. In a six month period they regularly lost the connection which usually takes them days to restore. It’s an outright scam, don’t get Fastweb.

Since the 21st August we’ve had no…
Since the 21st August we’ve had no WiFi, the call centre daily tell us there’s nothing they can do and someone will call back and no one ever does. The same when speaking to the shop in Grossetto. There’s no way of contacting Fastweb in any other way to complain. Shame on you Fastweb!

One of the worst customer experience…
One of the worst customer experience I've had.
The account close take 3 months and I had to pay for 2 months the service in total.
After a bunch of calls to Call Center and even go to the Fastweb shop the guy works there was really unhelpful and refused any responsibility to support check the closural progress - the only thing he advised is to come back home to wait!
The Last Call center gave me other infos, I hope will be the right finally.
I will never have any product from company.

NO WIFI For DAYS
Home Wifi keeps going offline. First it was "24hrs", then extended to 72 hrs. Our internet was down for an entire week! They were able to fix the issue and we had internet for 2 days. Currently on day 5 Again - of no wifi. And phone service keeps being spotty, or just not working at all. Thanks FastWeb, i would like to be done with you!
