Absolutely terrible experience. We were initially quoted £89 over the phone, but once the locksmith arrived and opened the door (in 3 seconds with a piece of plastic), the price was suddenly increased to £150 and then again to £220. When we questioned the change and reminded him of the original quote, he shut the door on us, was incredibly rude and left. This was late at night, and he was willing to leave two young women locked out of their own home. The lack of professionalism, honesty and basic decency was shocking. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

That kind of behaviour is not just unprofessional, it raises serious questions about his moral compass. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs, they are total scammers. An intimidating foreign guy who barely spoke a word of English came to do an emergency lock when I had been burgled, they knew I was female living alone and would have no choice but to accept their costs. What was quoted over the phone of about £200 became close to £1000 on paying the job on complete. The lock then became faulty two weeks later, they refused to accept liability pretending the lock was a single, even though the receipt clearly says double, and have hung up on me ever since. Disgusting behaviour.
