Fraudulent company. Authorised 15.00GBP from my paypal account (whom i believe someone within there is responsible given I hadn't used it for 3 years). Paypal suggested to contact the merchant, the contact email sent an auto reply contact billing. So i emailed billing and then the auto reply is call us or speak on live chat. The so called agent kept wanting personal information, do not give especially to send you a link to click on to 'cancel the payment.' Will raise with fraud and disputes if it debits. People should get a job.

Customer "service/support" is horrible, terrible, awful and dreadful all at the same time!
Firstly, I started live chat conversation and the guy was very impolite, impatient, rude and disrespectful in the end. Then I called their customer service phone number with hope that they will be more patient and understanding. But, I was wrong. First lady hung up on me and the second one wanted instantly give me and my problem to someone else because I am not a native (English) speaker. They end the conversation without notice on advance or agreement. Both live chat guy and the ladies from the call. They do not care about my problem nor they are interested in resolving it or finding compromise. I have solved nothing now. They constantly interrupt me while I am talking and do not let me finish my sentence while they throw false data at me. I will never give them my trust again!

Idiotic, then the guy asks me for 15 diffrent personal detials that I didnt want to give, because mate, you need to just check the mail account and click stop billing…. this is not NASA.
FRAUD SCAM CRIMINALS!
I have never ever heard about this company till today, where I checked my online bank-account to find a total of 8 (!!!) transactions, one of them cancelled and money returned, 5 of them a few days before in a six to seven minutes rhythm with booked amounts around 20-26Euros, and two a day before those with the same amount booked twice in under 5 minutes!
We will make a dispute, of course, but it seems this portal is a paradise for criminals/hackers, if they are not involved themselves!
But what really gives me a headache: How and where do they have my credit card details from in the first place? Watch out guys and check your accounts regularly!

Terrible, scam site, site is set up to discourage anyone from cancelling any subscriptions, on phones it will make sure the catcha is off screen, on pcs it will endlessly "check youre human", avoid at all costs

Be careful with this gateway. They'll cheat you, and they will say that they are only third party whatever. They work with fraudulent sleazebags who take your money without providing you the product you order.

I've had two memberships in which the payment was processed through Epoch. Both times i was charged again after cancelling the payments. In the latter instance, i provided evidence that i received the cancellation email, and support tried to tell me it was a different membership because the last number was different, even though it only off by one number. Either way it was for the same account. They then decided to end the live chat that I started before
I could even respond. Terrible business practices, rude customer service.
