This company is Fraudulent. They charged my paypal account 70 times in 6 months for as total of $9707.00. NONE of these transactions were authorized

Lost a total of 720$CAD after 3 years of paying a service i never knew i was paying. I had to cancel it using paypal.

Fraudulent company. Authorised 15.00GBP from my paypal account (whom i believe someone within there is responsible given I hadn't used it for 3 years). Paypal suggested to contact the merchant, the contact email sent an auto reply contact billing. So i emailed billing and then the auto reply is call us or speak on live chat. The so called agent kept wanting personal information, do not give especially to send you a link to click on to 'cancel the payment.' Will raise with fraud and disputes if it debits. People should get a job.

Had a duplicate charge using their system. They insisted that it is impossible. Meanwhile I have two charges for what should be only one. They wouldn't bother actually researching to understand how the error occurred. I now know that if Epoch is ever the payment option, to absolutely never use them. Your money isn't safe with them. They'll steal it.

Agree with everything that has been posted previously. Found a weird monthly deduction from my account of about $40 AUD for the last few months. Have cancelled my card and referred to the bank. I have no transaction recollection according to my paperwork/excel spreadsheets. SCAM SCAM SCAM

Even though I preemptively canceled the subscription with a cancellation receipt, they came back again two days later for a totally random amount, and there's no way of finding out why they charged that. It's an illegal, unauthorized transaction, toxic to society. And I'm good with computers.

Never heard of these scammers before, until my bank informed me that they were trying to steal money from my ATM card. Luckily the transaction was declined by the bank. SCAM SCAM SCAM ALERT!!

They have charged a chargeback to my account and won't take them off even though my bank has stated that there is nothing on their end and I haven't disputed any charges. Horrible company and Horrible customer service. They are a fraud and nonprofessional. I wish I could give them a minus stars

Firstly, I started live chat conversation and the guy was very impolite, impatient, rude and disrespectful in the end. Then I called their customer service phone number with hope that they will be more patient and understanding. But, I was wrong. First lady hung up on me and the second one wanted instantly give me and my problem to someone else because I am not a native (English) speaker. They end the conversation without notice on advance or agreement. Both live chat guy and the ladies from the call. They do not care about my problem nor they are interested in resolving it or finding compromise. I have solved nothing now. They constantly interrupt me while I am talking and do not let me finish my sentence while they throw false data at me. I will never give them my trust again!

This narcissistic company does everything to keep the customer and user on the line for as long as possible. It borders on the rude and the contempt they show towards the customer

I dont ussually write bad words but this is Cancer of customer support. i was trying cancel a subsribption payments, which you need to do via chat??? Idiotic, then the guy asks me for 15 diffrent personal detials that I didnt want to give, because mate, you need to just check the mail account and click stop billing…. this is not NASA.

I have never ever heard about this company till today, where I checked my online bank-account to find a total of 8 (!!!) transactions, one of them cancelled and money returned, 5 of them a few days before in a six to seven minutes rhythm with booked amounts around 20-26Euros, and two a day before those with the same amount booked twice in under 5 minutes!
We will make a dispute, of course, but it seems this portal is a paradise for criminals/hackers, if they are not involved themselves!
But what really gives me a headache: How and where do they have my credit card details from in the first place? Watch out guys and check your accounts regularly!

Terrible, scam site, site is set up to discourage anyone from cancelling any subscriptions, on phones it will make sure the catcha is off screen, on pcs it will endlessly "check youre human", avoid at all costs

I have so far spent 3 weeks trying to get a credit refunded for an issue which Epoch have admitted was their error.

Customer services are manned by trained chimps with little or no comprehension of how to handle an ongoing issue.

Have to repeat EVERYTHING every time I contact them.

Promised emails not received. Escalations not processed.

Total crock.

Its a fraud. Stay away from them as much as you can. Document your communication with them so you can get your money back directly from the bank.

Be careful with this gateway. They'll cheat you, and they will say that they are only third party whatever. They work with fraudulent sleazebags who take your money without providing you the product you order.

Impossibel to cancel payments.

I've had two memberships in which the payment was processed through Epoch. Both times i was charged again after cancelling the payments. In the latter instance, i provided evidence that i received the cancellation email, and support tried to tell me it was a different membership because the last number was different, even though it only off by one number. Either way it was for the same account. They then decided to end the live chat that I started before
I could even respond. Terrible business practices, rude customer service.
