When we experienced an issue with our meter, I contacted Chris. Despite being on the other side of the world, he responded very quickly and called me back. He talked me through a series of possible solutions in a clear, logical order, then followed up with a detailed message explaining exactly how to carry them out.

Working through his guidance, we were able to diagnose the problem with the meter.

After fitting new flow meters and readers to our AD plant, we didn't get the results we expected... It had to be the meters ---- Well, it wasn't. Chris expertly guided us through a number of scenarios, and we found the problem. Can't thank him enough.

We contacted DMS Metering Solutions after disappointment with the service on the phone from two other heat meter suppliers. We needed to measure heat used in a suite of offices as a basis for billing the occupier. Chris took a detailed account of the particular application, discussed the variables and special requirements to achieve the desired result. Designed a system with thought out specification and emailed it within about an hour. I visited DMS recently for an update on heat meters and their associated technology. Chris spent around three hours bringing me fully up to speed. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared a great deal of background insight — well worth the trip up to Nottingham.
I’ve also contacted them previously for technical support. Even though I’m not a direct customer, they’ve always been patient and helpful with suggestions and guidance.

We have dealt with DMS now a number of times and have always been impressed with their great turn around and fast service. We will always go to them first for anything connected with our biomass boiler etc.

I contacted DMS through their contact page. Within a hour Chris Bishop was on the phone to discuss our problem.
We agreed to speak again this morning when my heating engineer was present. Chris spent over 45 minutes on the phone going through all the possible checks. Absolutely brilliant customer service - above and beyond. Many thanks

Terrible service supplied the wrong flow metre then wanted me to buy the original one that I wanted without any details of refund

Provided new meters very quickly. Alas, the first one was incorrect, but replacement dealt with efficiently.
Also helpful in dealing with an OFGEM issue.

Had a engineer called Sammy come this afternoon on behalf of utilita I found him professional very helpful and he was more help than anyone has been here before he is a credit to his company

Superb customer service. Faulty meter sent to them was repaired and put back in mail for return on the same day they received it. Turnaround time quite phenomenal.

Excellent pre-sales advice. Responded very promptly to queries both by phone and email. Meters required recalibrated (through my own fault!) and DMS turnaround so quick that I thought post office had returned package to sender!!

Outstanding service from the helpline - identifying a problem not of their making ( installation error byengineer) and saving us a lot of time and hassle - would strongly recommend given this high level of aftercare / support.
