Do not buy from these folk.
I bought an expensive lamp and it was broken upon receipt. I asked to get it collected. The seller refused blaming the manufacturer.

The transaction was seamless, the communication stellar and I am very happy with my Kartell Componibili. Would not hesitate to make purchases in the future.

I received quick answers to my enquiries. Delivery was a bit delayed due to lack of stock, but I could follow the track until I received the product. I had a good experience and would like to order more things in future.

I purchased my dream lamp (Flos Arco) hoping, but honestly not confident, I would receive it. However, I received prompt acknowledgment of my order and ten days later my perfectly packaged lamp arrived in Australia from Italy. I was blown away. Diffusione Luce have a loyal customer for life. Had some delivery issues with a birthday present to Spain. Can’t say much for the local courier service there, but when it was sent back to Italy we quickly had it sent to the UK. All done efficiently and with good humour. Totally recommended !

We are used to having to wait for up to 20 weeks for delivery if we use a designer lighting store in Australia. Our experience with Diffusione Luce exceeded our expectations. Our separate deliveries (to avoid customs duties by staying under $1000) were delivered within a month and the tracking through UPS was excellent.
