My fiancé searched for a sapphire engagement ring (as we’re both September babies & blue sapphire is our birthstone). He found Diamondere & it is UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! He also asked for engraving on the inside of the ring, which was beautifully written (and centered!). He told me of the great customer service as they corresponded frequently. When I came around to choosing my wedding band I searched online & finally thought of going to the place where my engagement ring came from.. their selection of sapphire wedding bands is vast & when I chose the one I loved, Cherie immediately messaged me & asked about the backstory to the band I chose so they could appreciate their craft even more! How awesome is that?! I sent her a picture of my engagement ring along with the band I chose & they got to work.
Due to Covid-19, all of our wedding plans were postponed, including the creation of my band. Cherie kept me updated on what progress there was, and I wasn’t worried because I knew my band was in good hands. The band finally arrived yesterday and it is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen!!

I retired last year and wanted to benchmark my career with a custom designed platinum pendant and a 11.60 karat natural black diamond. My family comes from a Swedish and Scotish background and wanted a Celtic Knot theme. I found exactly what I was looking for in a ring from Diamondere and asked if they could take that design and turn it into a pendant. In less than a day, their design "magicians" had sent me back a stunning rendition of the pendant I had in mind from the previous year. Once it arrived and the stone was set, I had it appraised. The appraisal was for twice what I had paid for the stone and setting. However, it was appraised as a beautiful "ladies" pendant. Given this fact and the reality that besides my retirement, we had our 30 year wedding anniversary approaching, our children had successfully finished their schooling recently and were now productive members of society and my wife's 65th birthday was on the same day I picked up the pendant from the jeweler, consequently, my wife got a magnificent and well deserved birthday present.
I have now begun another similar project with Diamondere using a 30 karat natural black diamond with Rhodium coating being referred to by me as "The Junkyard Dog". I would expect another beautiful platinum pendant from the magicians at Diamondere but, hopefully not quite as beautiful as the last one, I'd actually like to wear it this time around.

Ordered an emerald necklace during the early stages of the Covid-19 outbreak, just before the lockdown. I wasn’t sure how long it would take to receive the necklace but I stayed in contact with Cherie as we monitored the situation. I must say even during this difficult time Cherie was so responsive and reassuring. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Weeks later I finally received the necklace. Beautiful! Exactly what I ordered. Nice craftsmanship. Excellent quality stones. My girlfriend was ecstatic! I’m so impressed that I just placed an order for an engagement ring for my future wife! You won’t go wrong with this company.

The customer service is outstanding and my ring is even more impressive. Diamondere gave me no problems when I requested an exchange. They communicated regularly, providing updates on the status of my order. Cherie is the best, she search and found a stone that was the perfect color for me.
I just received my beautiful ring from Diamondere! I searched multiple jewelers online and stumbled upon Diamondere. I was immediately impressed with the huge selection and customization options. I wanted a ring as a memorial of my father, so selected his birthstone. Once I chose the stone shape and size, setting and metal, I placed my order. Being that my purchase occurred during the pandemic and work places were mostly closed, I received an email from Cherie. She informed me that to protect the employees and artisans, the company would not be working until safe to do so. She immediately refunded the shipping fee, and informed me that she would stay in touch. After a week or so, Cherie emailed to tell me the date when the artisans would be going back to work, and a timeframe for delivery. She wished me well and was appreciative of my business and patience during this difficult time. Cherie was so personable and I could tell immediately that I chose the best company to do business with. Diamondere truly appreciates their customers, and cares about their employees. I was so excited to receive my ring. It's stunning!! And exactly what I hoped for. And I'll think of my Dad every time I look at it. Thank you Cherie and Diamondere!
Cherie was excellent to deal with. I had Diamondere craft an emerald necklace for my wife's birthday. I wanted something a little different than they had on their website. The day after my request I received an email with a photo simulation of the necklace. I approved and they began their work. Due to C19 it was delayed a few weeks, but when I received the necklace it was beautiful! Extremely clear and bright emerald with a gorgeous color. My wife loved it! Thank you for making custom pieces affordable.
I cannot think of our Diamondere rings and the role that they have played in our happiness for my partner and I without strong emotions. The quality, the look, the feel and the design of our rings are amazing. The engagement ring I purchased is just gorgeous and my fiance loves it! Less than 24 hours after ordering the ring, I had an email from Cherie at Diamondere in customer service asking me what the purchase was for because they wanted the artisan to know why they were making the ring because it gave them a personal touch. I am on my third custom ring with Diamondere this is not my first rodeo when it comes to having custom jewelry made!! and I have never felt more comfortable about having custom jewelry made in my life. There prices are amazing and their customer service is awesome!!! I just have to add, one of the rings they did I had a special request that most jewelers have done OK but it was never perfect. So I was not expecting perfection. It was three rings made into one. All I can say is WOW!!! The best job I have ever seen!!! It was flowless!!! Every one is blown away when they see it. It could not be more perfect!!! We were at a well-known jeweler last weekend and even they where blown away by the quality and craftsmanship. Use them!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!
