Withdrew money from BETONLINE poker site, was charged $40.00 to do this. Since then I've been charged $15.00 monthly service fee for letting them use my money.
DO NOT USE THIS CARD - a big ripoff.

Not had too many issues with using it

Not had too many issues with using it. Occasionally i've 'topped up' and not realized the transaction had failed until i got home so had to sort that out but they did that efficiently. Staff always friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that they could introduce a top up fee cap as i often top up multiple times in a month and it's £1.50 a time. Either that or get a free top up every 20 times or something. Just give a bit back instead of taking off people all the time.

Fraud case not treated seriously

Xmas week £400+ went out of my account and I called them up got a lovely lady who didn't seem to know her backside from her elbow. 2weeks later £200+ went missing so I called again. Last Friday £300+ went out ( bugger knows where as I got a copy of transactions and could find no info of companies)so I called again. I was told on Friday I would get a call back later that day or Monday. A few hours went by and I called again to check on progress. I was told I was going to get a call back that day. So I waited a few more hours. The manager I was supposed to get a call off had left shortly aftery 2nd call. So I waited for today called them up around 3pm and was again told I would get a call or e-mail. Guess what no call and no E-mail.

Very Poor, Avoid!!!!!!!

I would advise anyone considering opening an account with Credecard to avoid like the plague. Example, on 2 and 3 may 2018 all monies paid into sort code 62-30-53 has gone "missing". This has affected every one with this credecard sort code. Credecard say that all money has been returned to senders. Well My money is still in limbo after 7 working days and I expect anybody else who expected payment has experienced the same. Their customer service is unhelpful and are doing nothing to resolve where the missing money isI would advise anyone considering opening an account with Credecard to avoid like the plague. I find credEcardplus to be excellent …

I find credEcardplus to be excellent prepaid card. l signed up to it in 2014 when they were previously called Talk Home CAT Card. I have since from that time not had any problem using it. I currently even find it to be more innovative and efficient with new upgrade features. I have been receiving my job wages via this card. l also make payments, transfers and purchases and l find it to be secured and reliable.

l recommend it to anyone who will love to switch or sign up to credecard prepaid card. l have never regret using it. All the best!!!

I made an international transfer that …

I made an international transfer that credecard mishandled. I realised it was taking longer than normal so called them.
They told me it could take 7 to 10 days (normally it had taken 3 or 4),but didn't check anything during the call.
As the 10 days approached I called again and the customer service man said he would email accounts (should have put me on hold while he checked and sorted things out).
The next day my account was recredited with the money I'd been trying to transfer. So obviously they hadn't processed the transfer and they made no attempt to communicate anything to me.

Very poor service.

Transferred £1,500 from my Barclays account and they said that they can't see any payment spoken to Barclays they said money was sent instantly as every month.
Once payment was declined but was held and took almost 10 days to come back to my account. The poorest prepaid account company.

Ffrees.co.uk/ Credecard.com / Contis Group Cards – Biggest scam ever

Don’t ever sign up for their account or cards or you may end land yourself in a massive spiralling debt, because they don’t offer loans however the freezing of your account will leave you and your money departed. They also say they allow wages to be paid in however, ANY money coming in will get scrutinized to the highest extent with their round the clock team keeping an EYE on EVERY transaction that goes through, they may even block your card at any time to question a transaction.

If you’re having wages paid in or any large amount more than £500 like myself I spent hours finding out where the money was , because it had left the senders account and Barclays told me with was witht he receiver’s bank (Ffrees), so I rang up their Customer Services to which they just give a generic response saying that NO MONEY HAS ARRIVED. Then I asked to speak to a manager, her name was Sarah, she told me that no money had arrived and that I contact Barclays again (even though I had spent an hour with them already). Then I rang their Contis Group Head office number, they said they cant help as I need to speak to customer services, so then they spoke to directly with customer services, back with Sarah (The customer services manager) and then she rang the accounts department and then FINALLY admitted they had received the funds and it was under investigation.

Then finally they released it after few more hours. Their response to this is that it is an anamoly and doesnt usually happen. But let me assure you, it happens on every transaction you make, and every payment you make and received can be under scrutiny for no reason. SO THIS CARD IS NO GOOD IF YOU PLAN ON USING IT IN THE LONG TERM. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Impossible to contact

Obtained a card from this company but they are impossible to contact. They do not answer their phone, nor do they reply to emails. Their complaint process depends on the same contact points as that for normal business, and so you cannot get through to make a complaint either!
