So many issues with this company!:
When loading they took things we had said to leave - not major but annoying.
When unpacking...we didn't get our keys until late (4:30 ish) by which time they just wanted to get home. We had boxes stacked 4 high in front of the fridge freezer which meant our frozen goods had perished by the time we could get into it; one of the beds wasn't put together at all and the other wasn't put together properly; boxes were put in the wrong rooms; the garage was so haphazard it took us 5 hours of shifting before we could get my power chair down to the plug so it could charge; several things were damaged.
They made a stressful time even more stressful and the most they would do after I complained was to send a couple of guys over to put the beds together and move some heavy boxes off the units 4 hours later than arranged.
No compensation for the ruined frozen food or damages.
No real apology either

I had an appointment with this company who were due to give me a removal quote. I waited for over an hour but they failed to turn up. They didn’t even have the manners to cancel said appointment nor have they got in touch with an apology.
Unreliable, unprofessional and discourteous company.

I (and my severely disabled husband) received a card from the postman to go and pay £2 for a letter at the post office depot. Thinking this was serious, we duly drove miles away and paid to be offered nothing but an advertisement for Complete Removals in Poole. When I contacted the company and said that they should pay me back the postage and petrol, I received a whole lot of verbal abuse on a daily barrage of e-mails. They never even paid and the only way I could get rid of them was to threaten going to the police for harassment. Stay away from this rotten company! Too stingy to even refund a disabled man for postage and petrol for their error. Rotten organisation!
