Cloud9 seems more focused on protecting landlords than fair resolution for tenants. Avoid them if possible expect battles over your deposit.
They only know about stealing money from the tenants.
"Cloud 9 Estates proudly claim ‘to go above and beyond when moving tenants into a new home’. A friend’s experience of this suggest that ‘above and beyond’ does not have the positive approach implied, certainly not when a scheme called Reposit is used. A friend of mine used this scheme and was charged £633 for repairs and cleaning. This seemed very high but despite his requesting full details and an explanation, Cloud9 Representatives were either unable or unwilling to account for how the money was expended. They even refused to meet to discuss the matter. I do not know whether this reflects their attitude to tenants in general but, given my friend’s experience I would suggest prospective tenants should be very wary of using this firm especially the Reposit option. Scarcely worth 1 *, I am afraid.
We are renting a studio under Cloud9estates and had some issues with the internet that started last Saturday. But I only had to send an email today, so I wasn't really expecting for the issue to be dealt with right away. But to my surprise, maintenance coordinator EHASAN dealt with the matter promptly and without fail. We had our internet back right away. Back with stable connection! Thanks to Cloud9estates, especially maintenance coordinator Ehasan!
Have to take them to court to recover my security deposit over one month after moving out. Said they are dealing with 500 applications. Will be reporting them to trading standards. rent from them at your own risk
I would give 0 stars if there was a way.
Absolute leeches hounding landlords day in day out and creating unnecessary extra tasks just so they could make money.
I would avoid them like a plague
They took my money and the reject my application. Legal way to rob the people.
