Carpet vista offer a great range of carpets and rugs, in terms of fabric, pattern, size and colours. We placed our order on line on a Sunday. we received a call on Sunday evening to check that all contact and delivery details were correct, and to ask if we had any queries. The rugs were delivered on Thursday, as per the text notification we had received in advance. The rugs were well packed, in excellent condition, and exactly as shown on the site. We are delighted with the rugs and the service and will happily recommend CarpetVista.

Easy website to navigate with good images of carpets to choose from, and efficient service when buying.

The carpet I bought was discoloured after a few months of purchace with no use or cleaning

The carpet I bought started being discoloured in yellow markings all around the edges as something was dropped on it. We had the carpet in a room that was barely used and nothing was dropped on it (no kids in the house too!). We tried cleaning the carpet locally with no success. As the room was not used frequently i postponed calling carpet vista and when i deed a few months after the guarantee period they could not help further.

Overall the service was good however when i asked for a replacement or refund of the product they could not offer it but instead offeres a 20% credit. The supplier said that the discolouration could have been due to contact with water or detergent! Water is quite an unacceptable reason for me.

I appreciate the discount but he point is we paid for a product that could not be used at all and i feel that at least a replacement could have been offered for a disappointing product.

We just purchased our first carpet with CarpetVista and it was a terrific experience: fun and easy browsing, explanation about the carpet we bought. The shipment arrived as expected and there were no surprise. If we are ever in need of another carpet, we know where to go!
