If youll like to withdraw your funds from them youll need to first transfer to bitmart equivalent of 1000usdc then apparently youll be able to make 5 transfers p/month. If you have transferred less then that amount you wont be able. It is your money but they restricted free movement of them. Personally i wouldn't recommend this site for a trading crypto. They also appeared in FCA as not reliable company. Stay away!!!! It a shame i can't attach pictures conversation with someone on telegram as they only respond that way. I have all screen shots chat with this company.

So far I am very happy with Bitmart, it is relatively clear and the execution is quick. Unfortunately the ECET token cannot yet be transferred directly via blockchain. Everything takes time...

UPDATED: It's still a SCAM! Bitmart replied with a ticket and the same story, the support is still asking for 0.005BTC and after that, they will take 60 days to reverse my tokens (Hilarious) I have filed complaints with 3 regulatory bodies in South Korea, the US & Cayman Islands!

BitMart is a scam, stay away. This is what happened to me and they still owe thousands of $$ in tokens.

I deposited a substantial amount of Trump MAGA tokens to my BitMart account using ERC20. Before submitting I checked the CA and exchanges on CMC. After depositing and waiting for a few hours I contacted support who told me BitMart had a contract swap and my tokens could not be deposited.

I asked them if there is no disclaimer or anything on the deposit page that Bitmart alone has a separate CA. They shared an article link with me: https://support. bitmart. com/hc/en-us/articles/29081833331099-BitMart-Has-Completed-TRUMP-Smart-Contract-Swap

Which says "Per project's request, the old TRUMP token will be automatically swapped to new MAGA (TRUMP) at a rate of 1:1."

I shared that it should be swapped 1:1 as per the article, and the support told me that it only applies to the existing wallet balance.
I asked them for the reversal to the sender's address and I could cover the gas fee, they said the reversal would cost 0.005 BTC. YES!! Not kidding.

I asked them to show me if anywhere it says as a disclaimer or anything at all that says the original Trump MAGA tokens will not be deposited or users should not deposit it etc, to which support told me that they have no obligations whatsoever and sent me the user agreement link.

So these scammers are stealing my money in broad daylight, and then asking me for an additional 0.005 BTC to give me back my own tokens.

I have also contacted the MAGA token team but haven't heard back from them. BitMart scam is registered in Cayman Island and the regulatory body there only accepts a handwritten complaint (WOW).

I don't know what to do at this point. I do have a YouTube channel focused on Crypto with 160k subs. i can start creating videos on this to warn others and get their attention. OR is there anything else you people suggest?

Bitmart has been my favorite trading platform for many years. The customer service is the best of all the exchanges I use. I enjoy the variety of tokens available to trade. The security is excellent. The API interface is great for external bot trading platforms. I like using their BMX tokens for my trading fees as well. The only improvement I would like to see is be better sync access to trade/deposit/withdraw history for tax reporting software but this data is easily obtained as a CSV file from their customer support. Keep up the good work!

Don't try to buy or use any account here because they are full of deceiving people and disappoint you. If you don't want to lose your funds avoid them at all costs. I'm saying all of this from experience. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

My short position on was liquidated at a price where it shouldn’t have been, resulting in an unlawful loss of over $1,000 in liquidation while loss on position was $60 nowhere close to liquidation price. I contacted BitMart support immediately with all the necessary details, but I have received no response at all.

This lack of accountability and communication is unacceptable. I’ve spent significant money on fees, yet BitMart has completely ignored my case. This has never happened to me on any other platform.

Avoid BitMart if you value your funds and fair treatment.

Hello BitMart I have contacted as per your advice and guess what happened? Same answer as usual i have to wait with no time scale. Biggest scam I have ever seen. BitMart is no willing to review any case only automatic respond as per answers here as you can see.

You answer all queries immediately when I have questions. On Trustpilot respond within a minutes. If only you move people to investigation section people wouldn’t treat Bitmart as scam company. It may be a policy of BitMart to scam people and take their money instead of attracting new investors. I have never been so disappointed in my life. BitMart does nothing as they know we can do nothing with that. Beware of this app.
People shall check reviews, and believe me they will get exactly what reviews say. Nothing.

I love Bitmart, it is a very fast and secure platform where I can buy more GOC. I hope it will be MICA compliant so I can continue to use it in the future.

On an isolated futures trade worth aprox $1,130 I had a stop loss which was triggered.

Guys, don’t get me wrong I understand the risks and I don’t mind the loss but something is very dodgy with these guys if they can do this.. This wasn’t a small coin with no liquidity. It was a trade on XRP which had over 100,000,000.00 in trading liquidity. I had other trades which I compared and this never happened. I had no issues with them before but if they can do this they can anything to take your money and their response “You trade at your own risk”..

I’m sorry I have to leave this review because I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was an eye opener for me with this exchange.

You can not provide any decent liquidity for m87 and fees are big in comparison with other exchanges.

Bitmart UI makes it a very easy to use exchange.

Overall, the trading platform works pretty well.
I would like it better if the *Trigger* orders were a explained a bit better

Bitmart has come a long way since its beginning. Blessed to know about a product to use and hold some of the crypto out there that may be tough to find in other exchanges.
