I accidentally sent a good bit of Ethereum to BitMart on the wrong chain and they refused to recover it for me. It was on the base chain. I even Offered to pay them for their time. Also, when you sell tokens you lose money because the market drops for a small transaction unlike larger exchanges. The limit orders take forever to fill. Goodluck trying to make money on this crappy exchange. Other exchanges would make this right but not BitMart. I havent traded on this exchange again since they don’t care about their customers.

Issue withdrawing my coins that they have decided to suspend all of a sudden
I am trying to get in touch with their support team, a very stupid bot is answering very poorly. Trying to get my money back for some of the coins they have delisted they suspended the withdrawal not sure why ….
That is a scammer attitude, all of a sudden you delist coins without allowing your customer to withdraw the funds!!!!!!

Update Jan 25th: still zero respons, nothing... despite promises here on Trustpilot....
This company is absolutely deplorable.... they stole my coins and then do not respond at all to any mails for months now! Case (#1007804). The only reaction was here on Trustpilot, they said they opened a new ticket number for me, 1109494... so I have been mailing with that for many weeks now.... again.... NO respons! Nothing! Have been waiting 5 months now to get any reaction, my funds are simply gone. They steal your coins deliberately. How bad can a scam be. Team Bitmart here: escalate this now SERIOUSLY, not just with nonsense... I have had NO respons all this time!

Good assets, but with problems in trading
The positive side is that there is a wide variety of tokens. The negative side is that market purchases do not always get the best value that is displayed in the order book.

The exchange charges too high transaction fees, internal transfers also cost a fee, a rather disappointing experience when traders and users deposit USDT from outside, they are notified of account suspension, trace the origin of USDT, and are required to declare all sorts of things, but if they buy USDT from the exchange's merchant, the exchange charges a fee, then it's okay. While depositing USDT into the exchange to buy coins/tokens has also brought trading profits to the exchange, but the exchange interferes too deeply with the user's assets while the user has not cheated in the transaction, affecting the exchange. Knowing that it is a review to avoid violating money laundering laws, but that makes traders afraid to deposit money into the exchange to trade, while there are many better options out there.
