I unfortunately made the mistake of…

I unfortunately made the mistake of attempting a transfer from another exchange to bitmart, unfortunately apparently they do not support x layer (I'm aware faux par on my part, however this could have been made more transparent)

Given this, my funds are lost in the ether and neither party is interested in helping me recover funds.

I can see the transaction was successful on the Blockchain, so where exactly have the funds gone if you don't support x layer hmm?

I'm considering legal action, but have a feeling that wouldn't be any use

BitMart received my 4160.8 STEEM tokens…

BitMart received my 4160.8 STEEM tokens from MEXC on June 28, 2025. The transaction is fully confirmed on the blockchain (TxID: 9cb2764d243ce5870dbfdb252298346a07491f9a) and was sent with correct memo (250539187285043).

They refuse to return my funds, saying the token is not supported. But the tokens are in their wallet and visible on the STEEM blockchain. This is unacceptable. I request CoinMarketCap to investigate and delist BitMart for holding customer funds without processing or refund.

Please help me recover my funds or escalate this abuse.

Bitmart stole my funds and demanded a…

Bitmart stole my funds and demanded a ransom before releasing them. After confirming all deposit details were correct they still denied responsibility and would not release my funds without paying a fee that was almost 2x the amount of the initial deposit.

Scam exchange — be cautious.

I've been unable to access my funds at…

I've been unable to access my funds at all for the past 3 months!! The platform is a joke...They want you to deal with a 3rd party, and they simply ask security questions I can't possibly know the answer too!! I just want access to MY MONEY...I've tried your link, and the site won't even let me sign in, or reset my password. So how am I supposed to contact you?

I had problems at the start

I had problems at the start, and went off my brain because I have been scrammed before in Crypto and though that is what they were doing also. That was far from the case. Awesome support, I thank you for your understanding - and I look forward to trading and buying for a long time to come.

Stay Away from BitMart – They Can Freeze Your Account and Steal Your Money

I completed full identity verification on BitMart back in 2022. Everything was properly submitted with valid documents and personal details. Now, three years later in 2025, they suddenly and without warning blocked my account and froze all the funds inside it.

At first, I wasn’t too worried — the account was verified under my name, and I have all the documents to prove it. But when I tried submitting my ID again, their support told me the information didn’t match their system. I then considered that maybe I verified the account under my wife's name — but her documents were also rejected. I was completely confused. There was no one else the account could have been verified under.

After long conversations with support, I managed to confirm that the last name on the account is indeed mine, but they kept insisting that the rest of the information doesn't match. I submitted all possible documents — mine and my wife's, along with details about when and where the verification was originally done. I even provided proof to back it up. Support said they were open to reviewing my case and not just relying on what’s in the system — but in the end, all I got was the same answer: “The documents do not match our records.”

At this point, I strongly believe that BitMart is intentionally altering or hiding the data in their system in order to deny me access to my account and steal my money. This feels like fraud and a clear violation of user rights.

Consider this a warning: if you believe your funds are safe on BitMart, think again. They can lock you out of your account at any time, and then simply claim your documents are "invalid" — and you’ll have no way to get your money back.

Bitmart is a trash bin

I'm an active trader that uses about 5-10 different exchanges daily, so I know what I'm talking about. Bitmart is a total trash bin! I would not recommend it to anyone!
Sometimes you have to wait 4-6 hours to receive a token, while it takes 1-2 minutes on all other exchanges. Alsom quite often the withdrawal is not beeing processed for hours and you can't even cancel it yourself without reaching out to support (only by email). Overall Bitmart is awful in all the aspects. Bitmart team should be ashamed for the product and level of services they are offering.

I don’t know if Bitmart Pro and Bitmart are the same but I’ve been ripped off thousands of dollars can’t even call. They won’t answer. Won’t reply to emails won’t reply to text is a big problem.

I've made a purchase of BSV crypto and…

I've made a purchase of BSV crypto and this exchange will not let me withdraw it. They have fobbed me off with no explanation for 5-6 weeks now. There is no reason that an exchange would suspend crypto transactions so i do not believe they have the crypto. AVOID!
