Here is the honest experience I've had with Bax Music:
I purchased a midi keyboard & soundcard from Bax in November 2018, which should have been delivered in a matter of days.
Nothing turned up - for weeks. Then, the keyboard finally turned up, but no soundcard at all. All the time the customer service did nothing to help. This could have been put down to a one-off incident with a bad courier, and a refund could have been quickly issued, but what happens next is where things get really bad...
After weeks of email exchanges, sending photo IDs and various documentation, they refused to issue a refund for three months, a huge time waste.
Then, they finally refunded the amount after constant chasing. Never before have I had such a poor customer experience. But it gets worse...
Months later, I get a letter informing me that I now owe THEM money and that the money I owe them has been escalated to a debt collection agency.
WHAT?
They claim they issued a refund twice (nice job) and so I need to pay them back via a debt collection agency. With some extra charges slapped on top. And they're refusing to do anything it - they won't even give me any information on how I could pay, just to get them off my back!
I'm surprised a company like this is allowed to continue trading to be honest.
So, if you'd like to order some stuff, not have it delivered for weeks, then end up with a random debt collection letter and have to pay Bax a load of money - by all means, go ahead and order from Bax!
