I have been using Banggood for almost 2 years now and have always found them extremely safe to buy fro, on two occasions shipments had been lost in transit, but after registering the problem Banggood arrange new items sent which did arrive with no fuss or problems.
A later shipment arrived damaged and is been resent free of charge as well as refund of an import toll I had to pay covered by Banggood insurance, i received a total refund of the toll payment.

I won't recommend banggood personally,,Instead you should look for other companies like amazon, rakuten, ali express, geekbuying or gearbest. Banggood is really a big problem while you have to make a refund.. For a simple refund they will give u a headache. You have to chat everyday with them and they will say like sure for 24 hrs we are going to refund and then next day it will be the same,, I am still waiting for them to make a refund. They are playing with our time and money.If they won't refund I'm going to write this everywhere.
thieves never received my item and never received my refund, it's in the hands of Paypal now and hopefully Paypal can get my money back. $265 Canadian
Bang-bad still sends me emails to remove the claim from Paypal and if I did ,they would simply drop me and never reply again.
I guess they think I won't go to Hong Kong, but I am going to report them to Consumer Protection Canada.
If any other Canadians had problems you can call consumer protection Canada to register your complaint. Maybe we can get Canada to remove them from selling in Canada. Maybe we can get Paypal to close their account as well.
It's despicable for them to try and force me to remove my claim with Paypal, especially after I asked for a refund immediately after they said the item was not in stock and delayed 2 months.
They just stalled with several emails with bull stalling tacktics. Please beware if wanting to do business with them They are NOT honest!
They contacted me after posting this complaint and again asked me to close my claim with Paypal. This will be sent to Paypal to show their relentless attempts to remove justified complaints about how they do business, stealing your money!
ordered a fishing reel and received the wrong one they told me i ordered the wrong one=-= NOT.
I also ordered drone batteries in the beginning of July, still waiting, now Sept. 19.. they said sorry we put 600 points in your (bonus?) account what ever that is ,still can't find that account.

I did not receive my order, I sent an email after a few cordial exchanges they refunded me. very satisfied with the Banggood customer service.
They sent the wrong item. I spoke to them on the phone and they were asking me for a number on the parcel but there was no number, they then said "tough luck".
Banggood replied to me saying they are willing to help but ive already spoke to them 7 times and they keep saying "we need a code on the parcel" but there is no code, I read that they deliberately rip off some customers who spend a lot of money because they have so many customers its no real loss to them to lose 1 customer here and there and they made good money" so clearly this is one to avoid.
My family and friends have all agreed to take my advice and avoid this company and I continue to spread the word at all the forums I got to, facebook, twitter etc etc
Got ripped off, they sent an empty box and when I complained they asked me for a code on the box that didnt even exist.
Their reply below is lies, it's an attempt to appear honest, ive already spoke to them and they totally refuse to refund without the code WHICH THEY KNOW DOESNT EXIST, SCAMMERS
