Do not go to the Banfield Hospital in…

Do not go to the Banfield Hospital in Easley South Carolina they misdiagnose your pet they do not give you the other options that are readily available they put words in your mouth that you never said and they put it in there medical notes you contact corporate office about it and corporate office refuses to talk to you through an email due to it's too complicated a situation to discuss in an email it needs to be done over the phone and then a summarized email will be sent what was said due to the vet putting words in my mouth and putting it in my dog's file of things I never said they expect you to just continue trusting them instead of coming to an agreement to discuss it through an email so there is proof what was said when it was said then the district manager refuses to contact you back you have to contact Better Business Bureau you have to contact Washington State Attorney General's office you have to contact all those things all those places and they still refuse to talk to me about the misdiagnosis on my dog so you decide to go to the media every media you can think of and they still refuse to talk to you about the misdiagnosis their hospital did to your dog so I would think twice about going there
