Very poor experience with this agency.

Very poor experience with this agency.
In a straightforward deposit return situation, the agency refused to provide real support and avoided responsibility.
I was forced to initiate formal procedures to recover my share of the deposit, despite being a named tenant and having contributed financially.
Poor communication and complete lack of involvement.
Following further clarification from the deposit scheme, part of the situation relates to the tenancy still being active. I maintain that communication and support from the agency could have been clearer throughout.
