Reliable and trustworthy

We have worked closely with this company for over 5 years on various web and ecommerce projects. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They are highly respected in their field and I have always found them to be both reliable and trustworthy.

Do not trust them!

Do not trust them!
Very bad experience dealing with this company. They cancelled the contract after taking £18,000 of our money and without returning a penny.
They were on a monthly retainer and assured us they were working on the site but when we employed a Head of Digital several months after they had missed the completion target for the site, they cancelled and as it transpired hadn't even started integrating the ecommerce platform.

We designed and developed four bespoke and fully responsive websites for this client, delivered to a very high standard and complete with content management system integration.

All attempts to help this client were made, but regrettably demands were being made beyond the terms of our agreement.

We had been warned about this client from another agency, and despite giving various concessions over and above the terms of our agreement out of good will, we have had to suffer these false statements being written about us.

In nearly 10 years of trading, we have helped hundreds of clients achieve their online objectives.

If anyone would like to see all the great work we did for this client, please get in touch.

I would never recommend this company.

I would never recommend or use this company again. They may have nice design ideas to make a site look good but that's where it stops. They don't take customer feedback well at all and, ultimately, the fact remains that we had no option but to agree to the terms of an unannounced Release Agreement, which were disagreeable, in order to take over any work that had already been paid for in full (but not completed) or they told us they would will delete everything within one week and would not be given any refund. This is a terrible business ethic!

The relationship started well and after all monies were paid, turned sour quickly.

They refuse to proceed to the next stage of a project without introducing an unannounced 'agreement' that is never discussed or mentioned in advance. They spring it on you and refuse to change any terms if you don't agree with it. Having insisted on receiving payment before issuing these unannounced agreements, the customer doesn't have any choice but to sign it even if you don't agree because they wouldn't give a refund or release the work done thus far without yet another unannounced agreement being signed. So we paid yet were not getting the finished product as per the original agreement without signing unannounced subsequent agreements which the supplier didn't disclose in advance of any payment or mention at all in the original Project Agreement, or even let us review in advance of commencing the project. The fact that they won't amend the terms of these unannounced agreements (so that it is indeed a mutual 'agreement') meant we had to choose between foregoing any monies invested in this company for the work they have carried out thus far (even if it is NOT to the full specifications in the Project Agreement) or sign the agreement which is not actually in agreement (because they won't amend any terms in them) and get the work that has been completed (even if not to the specifications of the Project Agreement) otherwise All Singing All Dancing advised they would delete everything, even having been paid for it in full, and leave us with nothing - no site and no refund.

The litigious nature of their stages of operation should be made crystal clear at the beginning, at the quotation stage, and not sprung on the client after having been paid. Similarly, the customer should have the right to have the terms amended to make it mutually agreeable rather than pushing terms upon the client which are disagreeable (i.e. that the work was completed to satisfaction or even to a high standard, when indeed quite a number of functions were not completed at all).

This company also allocate hours per function in their initial Project Agreement but if, in reality, they require more time than the allocated hours to complete the function, they simply won't complete the function because they've 'done the hours according to the contract'. As a service provider, they are the professionals so should know how long each aspect takes (this is not the paying customer's responsibility). As a customer, you trust that the service provider has allocated the hours sufficiently to get the task completed. They also do not stick to the agreed timeframe so they not only delivered the site months late but also blocked all our access to it until their unannounced 'Release Agreement' was signed. We did not agree with the terms in their 'Release Agreement' and they refused to amend it to make it mutually agreeable. They then said they would delete all the work conducted thus far within the next week (which had been paid for in full) unless I signed their unannounced Release Agreement as per all the terms that they want (i.e. that the work has been completed to satisfaction etc) when a large number of functions did not work according to the agreement. So they had all the money, refused to complete the functions as per the Project Agreement because they had 'done the hours stated in the agreement' (which were allocated by them). This hugely pressured us into signing the disputed Release Agreement because they issued a one week deadline to have the signed agreement returned to them with its original terms or they would delete all the work carried out and not issue a refund. What is a paying customer to do? Lose everything that's been paid for or sign an agreement you don't agree with, just to get your site back. This behaviour is beyond unacceptable and their code of conduct very much worked against us as paying clients.

And they wonder why we didn't want to use their services for maintenance... Do NOT work with this company!

We designed and developed a bespoke and fully responsive website for this client, delivered to a very high standard, fully complete with eCommerce integration and complex additional features.

This client demanded more work that had been agreed, despite us delivering 50% more than we were contracted to deliver.

The client has been actively trading with the website we designed and developed and it is highly regarded in its sector.

It's very disappointing to have false statements published about our work online, a year after the work was completed. The client even made these comments to us at the time of the project:

"Thank you so much for this! The website looks fantastic and we are really excited"
"Thanks for all the team’s efforts."

If anyone would like to see all the great work we did for this client, please get in touch.
