Trying to withdraw with sochitel is a headache, it just says successful but doesn't work. I've sent an email to support concerning bank transfer being unavailable and I was told the matter would be escalated but till now nothing. Support is basically non-existent. This is the second time I'm trying to withdraw, and to be honest the first time was relatively easy but maybe it's because it was before they upgraded to this new site. Please do better.

Rewards take a while to accumulate enough to be able to make a payout however, once you have more than the minimum payout amount, the process is smooth and quick.
