wish I had read the reviews. It offers zero support - can't even use it to sleep in. Complete waste of money. this company should not be allowed to trade

This bra offers no support at all. The photos of wearers must be fake because it looks nothing like the photos. There is no returns address or form enclosed. I agree with others that this is a rip off.

Bra is terrible.
Don’t deal with this company. I cannot get any refund instruction from them. So wasted my money.
They should not be allowed to trade.

I just received it yesterday, so it is still a new experience. It is a different sort of support, but it does support (and my sag is certainly nothing to be proud of) and it is extremely comfortable. I was scared after reading the reviews, thinking I had made a major mistake ordering it, but I am very happy to have ordered it!

This bra supposedly offers total support for all breasts
All ages allegedly designed by a clinician.
It's material has, no strength. There is 1 sewn part to the whole bra possibly made for 50pence in a foreign country despite continuous requests to return and been offered 6 pound and then 8 pounts for a bra which I foolishly paid 29.99 for believing I could return it if I had, a, problem I am still waiting for the code to enable me to return it. Please don't waste your money on this company whilst you do receive a product it's, a, total waste of money

I wrote that I wanted to teach this company a lesson that they should not sell goods unfit for purpose and then offer no refund. Especially since we thought they were from the UK not China. I got the Resolution Centre of Paypal to go to war and get a full refund of £54 without me sending any of the dreadful bras back. Today I saw a credit of £54 in my bank account. I advise everyone to fight back to ensure this company gets the message loud and clear!

I have rated 1 star as I can’t go any lower. The bra’s have no support at all. No good to anyone. They won’t take them back unless I pay a big postage then they only offer a fraction of the cost of the goods. This site is a rip off do NOT order or you will be very disappointed and out of pocket.

I also wish I'd read the reviews. No idea it was coming from China until I monitored the shipping tracking. Thin, flimsy and no support whatsoever. No return/exchange info but looking at these reviews, seems little point in trying to get a refund. What a waste of money. Do not buy this product!

My experience sadly is like many others. I didn’t know the bra was coming from China. It didn’t fit and offered no support. Company would not give me return address at first and offered me $5 “as I am a valued customer.” I called my credit card company and filed a dispute. I submitted documentation. Some time into the process, Wmbra starts to email me and wants me to cancel my dispute. Each email contained a larger refund amount. Long story short— stick to your guns and let your credit card company handle it. Today I learned that matter is resolved and I don’t pay anything. Beware also because now I am receiving phishing emails that my account will be charged for unknown product and lists the amount of $342.19. The email directs recipient to reach out to customer support if this is incorrect. Don’t fall for this either. Just delete and review your statements.

Like everyone else here I was scammed, yet again, People complain about Amazon, but in the end if you buy direct from them (not a market place) you know the item will arrive and that if it's no use you can get your money back.

I too am ashamed to say I fell for this Companies website which mentions UK and the sorriest thing I did was not checking reviews on Trustpilot. I wanted to return mine and they have not been forthcoming with their return address after several emails and anyway paying for return postage to CHINA is expensive and I think that is what they rely on us not returning items and taking the fall for the money. They offered me a discount on a further purchase OMG fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE the so called bras are useless, flimsy, cheap, offer no support and over priced even at the discounts they show. You have been warned wish I had :-(

Very difficult to work out the size to order. I tried unsuccessfully to get help on the matter from customer service before I ordered. Again like so many before me wish I had read reviews. The bra arrived but was far too small. Customer service were very evasive when I tried to obtain return address as per website. In the end I decided better to donate bra to charity, never order from them again and ensure my friends and family are aware.

I was happy with the bra, it was exactly as I'd expected and I would buy another although probably from Amazon. The price I paid was an offer price but I've seen better prices on Amazon. Also it was a good couple of weeks delivery as it came from China. Sizing was a bit confusing but luckily I got it about right with the 2L as I am a 36D generally. I found the bra very comfortable but a bit warm on hot days. I didn't find any posture correcting benefits but I didn't expect to. Will get another because it's a lot more comfortable than any other wire free bra I've tried.

Dreadful product. I asked for a refund and they offered me £6. That was after emails saying they couldn't believe I was dissatisfied. After further correspondence they offered me a refund of about 60% but I would have to pay postage and write £10 on the customs slip so they didn't have to pay any taxes. I wasn't going to spend more money trying to get a refund which I don't believe I would have got. Please don't waste your money

OMG! Don’t buy from them!
I am making a claim through PayPal, after writing to the company without success, as shown in other reviews. customer services is now in a panic offering a full refund, minus postage.
They also have another company
WMSHOE, whom the payment went to, again don’t buy from them! This group have no intention of complying with Consumer protection laws.

I feel like such an idiot! I was completely taken in by their marketing and I didn't think to check the reviews before placing my order. The bra was thin and unsupportive, just like their customer service. They are now offering me a £7.00 partial refund (on a bra that cost £24.98) and suggest that I then sell it to a friend! And they won't give me the address to return it to, saying that the postage would be too prohibitive. 94% of the reviews on this company give it one star. Says it all. Don't touch them with a barge pole. They are just on the make.

This bra is absolutely NOT fit for purpose. It rides up, it is totally rubbish and the Company should be closed down. NEVER BUY THIS BRA.

Oh how I wish I had read the reviews on this bra. Cheap fabric with no support whatsoever and it doesn't even fit!! I didn’t realise that this company is in China otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from them and realised I was on a hiding to nothing.
Do not purchase this bra, oh! and I don't suppose there is any chance of obtaining a refund after their email stating that this is a sports bra. DO ME A FAVOUR!!!

The bra never arrived and customer service kept saying it was coming and even provided a tracking number which couldn’t be traced! Terrible service
