Was not at all what they showed on…

Was not at all what they showed on they're website. The picture on the website was one that was carved wood. What I received was something that looked like it was made in elementary art class.

Load of cr@p. Picture on website and Google shopping shows a lovely plush mothers day gift of a bunch of Daisy's with hand sewn names. What arrived was a picture printed onto a flat cushion. Absolute rubbish.

Never again. Zero Stars!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My final product looked nothing like my image submitted. I contacted the seller via the email on their website and had no reply. I went through PayPal and contacted the seller through the email given by PayPal which resulted in a reply the following day. After a week of going back and forth I had no resolution and they could not offer anything more then a 50% refund..no offer to remake it right.

Very dissatisfied with purchase

Very dissatisfied with purchase. Misleading advertisement with picture of product being a crystal ornament. Received a plexiglass product with multicolor. Requested refund and was offered 20% and for me to pay for shipping. Will never order from this company again.

This is absolutely terrible quality. New buyers, please don't be fooled by the pictures on this website. You'll get such garbage for a lot of money. You'll be disappointed, just like I was. The quality is just terrible. Don't be fooled.

Do NOT use this site.

I ordered 3D figures and basically got a picture. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! In addition, I had to complain about the length of time it took. I ordered as a Xmas present 3 weeks before Xmas but didn't receive it until afterwards. Waste of money.

Products arrived broken

Products arrived broken. They literally sent a glass dome in a plastic bag, no bubble wrap or in a box. It arrived, as you can imagine, smashed in pieces. They have said they will resend another- which better arrive in good order, however, I ordered 2 and am still waiting on the second, with very little hope for a safe arrival. I also ordered a resin cartoon photo, which also arrived broken. I would never purchase from them again.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, this is a scam! It gets delivered over a month from ordering and is a flat printed picture on a cheap stand not like the 3d models shown on website and bears no resemblance to the photo we sent them, complete scam, do not use them, avoid at all costs

Terrible 😞 do not buy from these people ! It’s a scam ! They send a piece of junk with an AI photo which is nothing like the photo supplied. They refuse to refund your money when you call them out ! I reached out and problem not resolved

A complete failure at every level

A complete failure at every level! Terrible transaction confirmation and updates, exceptionally poor customer service, and the item was nowhere near what images and descriptions led me to believe I was buying. I paid for expedited shipping to hit a specific date and it arrived weeks later with no tracking info. So bad, I actually had to laugh!

I ordered a personalized custom made…

I ordered a personalized custom made item for a family member & was significantly different from what was expected, leading to disappointment & they didn't even offer a refund or offer an apology.
I have never send a 1 star review & they definitely deserve less.

I have ordered the same item twice…

I have ordered the same item twice (11/19 and 12/10) and they have confirmed both orders & charged my card. However, they can not locate either of the orders. The representative wanted me to do screen shots of confirmation & email them to prove I actually had them.
Finally rec'd items, 2 days after Christmas. Very disappointed. Very cheap looking, and looked nothing like picture I saw.

False advertising!

I ordered an ornament

I ordered an ornament. When it came it was a 2D glass plate with a white stand which was dirty. Probably worth £2. Paid £28 + £8 delivery. Was definitely ripped off.
