I ordered a dress for a wedding and took about 2 weeks to get(I didn’t know it was coming from China)I would not have ordered. The product is cheap looking , material dress is made of is poor quality.
They want to offer 30 percent off on my next order. I will never order from this company it’s pretty much a scam.
They also are refusing to give me a return label. I do not recommend ordering from this company buyer beware!!!

Purchased a blouse according to their size chart. Blouse took a long time to arrive. When it did, it was approximately 2 sizes too small, yet it was marked as a large, which is what i ordered. I contacted them for a return label and they said i must send photos and a video to get the return label. I am a senior citizen and not savvy enough to know how to do that on my phone. I contacted them again. No response. No photos/video, no return. The blouse was cheaply made besides. This company is a RIP OFF! DO NOT USE! They should be reported to the BBB, at minimum.

Why didn't I read the reviews before I ordered? Got a dress that looks significantly different from the picture online and had to jump through hoops to try to get them to send me a return label. Still haven't heard..

SCAM! Will not accept returns. Stole lots of $$ from me.

I ordered two sweaters which not only did not fit, but were flimsy and poorly made. I tried to return them the next day - that was three weeks ago and I still have not received a return merchandise authorization They asked for photos... which i sent.

"With this, we kindly ask if you could send us a clear photo or short video of the item.
Your cooperation in sending these photos is highly appreciated, as it allows us to continuously improve the quality of our items and overall customer experience.
Once we receive this, we will promptly provide you with the return instructions."

Only giving a 1 star because I cant go lower. Got a sweater for $90 it was so cute online. I recieved it and its complete trash. Cheap material, doesnt fit like yhe photos. Trying to return it and it's a pain they just keep sending me for coupon codes for more cheap items no refund options. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS ALL CHEAPLY MADE IN CHINA

This site is a scam. Their public return policy promises that the customer's "satisfaction comes first," and that we can return if the order "isn't quite right." I am attempting to return an item that does not fit and they are continuing to argue with me and say they do not allow returns for fit because they have detailed sizing on their site. As any online shopper knows, the real moment of truth is actually trying it on. In addition, they expect me to pay a large shipping fee for a very lightweight item to return it. Avoid this site, they will take your money.

Do not purchase. Item I bought did not meet the description. Horrible quality. Now I am battling by trying to get a refund. It is miserable do not buy!

They shipped me completely wrong merchandise and want pictures and videos. So I sent detailed pictures of the wrong merchandise to no avail. Be very cautious when dealing with this company im out 140.00. ☹️

The bathing suits are of poor quality came without tags and they refused to refund my money and now are saying I have to send the items to China and once they inspect them they will refund my money however they are saying they must have the original tags and there were no tags- PURE SCAM

Absolute scam website. Ordered something and they sent me the wrong order. It has been over a week now and 15 emails trying to get a refund. They keep responding with "You can just pick a replacement item from our website." They have ignored the fact that I have requested a refund a dozen times. Literally they just keep sending the same email over and over, telling me I can pick another item from their awful website. They will take your money, send you the wrong order, and then try to drive you crazy until you go away. In addition they are selling items that are available on Amazon for almost 10 times the price.

It’s all a lie! This company claims to be a dress shop in New York, but my order came from China. It took a month to get half of my order. I never received the other half. The dress I received is made out of plastic, I think. It is a strange cheap material, terrible.

Don’t order from this company! You’ll get cheap, chinese polyester crap full of chemicals. When you try to return the item, they don’t take it back and offer you a discount code, in case you want to buy more of their stuff. They are scammers and should be barred.

I ordered 2 XL women's shirts that are so small and the material is awful. I have emailed back and forth 10 times asking for a refund and they keep offering replacements or discount on next purchase. They have a bogus customer service #. This company is a scam, quality is terrible, don't order from them.

Request a refund the company refused. Received a suit for my adult son that would not fit my young child nephew.

I bought what was supposed to be "Winter Jacket with Weather Protection" for $85. What I got was a cheap, wrinkled sweatshirt, in the wrong color, that was about 3 sizes too small. I asked for a refund, and they told me I could either get the same item or an exchange, but no refund. Total scam. Don't fall for it.

This claims to be a US site but it is based in China. Ordered clothing which did come but it is of terribly quality. Site says EASY RETURNS. I have emailed back and forth with them at least 5 times and they will not send me a return label or refund my money. They keep offering to send new product which I do not want. It's terrible quality. They scam you because they WILL NOT ALLOW RETURNS. Their website is a scam and there is no transparency with them whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Chinese made crap shirt. They are stalling endlessly to take it back and keep trying to see if I will buy additional products with discounts. These people should be blocked and barred from selling.

I ordered a dress from the company and it arrived about two weeks later. The dress is too small and did not match the appearance in the ad. The website said that refunds were processed quickly, no questions asked. Ha! The email for contacting the company that was included in the package bounced back twice. Then I went to my order email and contacted them six times trying to find out how to process a return. Apparently, AI responses were repeatedly generated, asking for photos, videos, and providing discount offers for other sizes. No process for returns was provided. When I went to their website and identified a telephone number and called, the message said the number had been deactivated and the website to use instead was unintelligible. Such a scam!

Do NOT buy from Wilfed Smith. Everything comes from China and the return process is horrible. After asking to return items I purchased I received and replied 5 times before I was given the information to return the products. The items cost me $129. The WilfredSmith site says they have a store in NY so I assumed that is where I would return the items. No!! They have to be shipped back to China. Shipping will cost $84! Don't buy from this site!!!!!
