I appreciate the fact all my emails are being replied however, I showed a dismay for the fact that I am still billed for the registration amount despite my immediate request for cancellation. This review is a must before my request for refund be processed. I havent paid the bill yet but the due date is soon. If comes the due date, the bill is not deleted, to avoid penalty, I think I need to pay the billed amount first before I will get a refund from you. I hope that my request for refund will be processed soonest (5-7 days as promised by ANN) after this review is done. I trust that ANN who replied to me will be true to her word that she will process the refund ASAP. By the way I caused the termination of my credit card ending in (4076) which I used to pay you, please send refund instead to BDO Mastercard Credit Card No. 5188 6905 0217 0112 in my name ALEXANDRA KINTANAR. Thank you.

I have been scam by a false website using Wildandactive. I asked my subscription to be cancelled and I have been informed that it has been cancelled

Must not lure people on things that they know it is not true

I have been charged couple of times by mistake and I got confirmation email for the refund amount. Thanks for the service

This is a total fraud. Take care because they send you a mail informing thatyou have a package in customs and you have to pay a tax. I was waiting for a package so I accepted and they made the charge of 2 Euros. When I check in the page whats going on, I realized that they made a suscription for me in a monthly baiss of 43 Euros. I have cancelled te suscription inmediatelly. Please take care of this fraud

I had a look at the website of Wildandactive as it drew my attention with the products they advertised. By filling in my details, I got to be a member without my knowledge.
After three weeks I noticed deductions on my bank statement from Wildandactive and when I queried the deductions, I was told through the Chat box that it was credits accumulating on my account.
I was not very pleased with the situation but could not claim back the funds paid as it was against their terms and conditions to refund membership fees.
To my surprise I received an e-mail from Kai, from Escalation Team Management stating that they would refund me all the costs that had been deducted from my account.
I really appreciate their consideration and quick response to settle my case.
That leaves me with a good impression about Wildandactive!! Thank you.

I had an issue with a scam but the funds come to wildandactive, when I made the complaint. Samuel was of great help, Samuel has understood and processed for a refund. Oh My God, God bless for such Honesty.
