The product was amazing! Myvbrows stayed in place all day long and looked beautiful! However, I can't use it... it irritated my skin severely. My skin burned, turned red and flakey. It's an issue I've had with these type of products and idk why. I'm sad I can't use it and feel like paying for shipping to the UK is too much. I highly recommend it to those who don't have super sensitive skin like me

I am very happy with all the products I bought and I love the brand, the reason for my evaluation is because one of the products broke during delivery and as it was liquid it arrived completely empty. is the only reason. everything else is great, it works great, i bought all 3 soaps, the brow wax, a brow marker and a brow pencil and love it all, the prep mist was worth it

It’s been two weeks since i purchased and up to this very moment no item has receive. I wonder why it took this while🙄 also no tracking provided so it’s like leaving me hanging😞

One of my products came damaged so I contacted customer experience and Jessie was so wonderful. She helped solve my problem with grace. This is a fantastic company that makes beautiful products!

So happy with my new brow soap. I don’t have thick brows but with my WBCo Soap I can style my brows and fix them with this wonderful product. Smells amazing, make them shine and with the stick I can even do some magic on my brows and let them look thicker. Thank you WBCo for this wonderful products.

Shipping was fast (I live in HI), and the products are amazing. I have used the brow soap and everything stays in place. I just received the brow pen. I did a quick practise on my hand and it is the closest thing to an actual hair strand thus far.

Absolutely love the whole product only issue is it takes a long time to get but if your patient it’s definitely worth it

It’s been two weeks and I still have not received my order in the mail.

The product is good quality. I use it a lot. And the oil is magníficant.

Love it but it does leave a white cast when applied and after it dries you can still see the whiteness. I don’t like that.

Quality of products are unparalleled but I think I am too heavy handed for plastic brow brushes and should stick to the Bamboo spoolies.

I placed my order 53555 on August 15, 2022. As of today August 29, 2022, I have not received the order even though it says it has been fulfilled on my account summary.

Great service and price.for brow pencil and it is perfect for my Neice who lost her eyebrows following chemotherapy. The pencil is great for drawing in her eyebrows.

Everybody had been raving about these products, so I decided to try them out for myself.

As for now, the quality seems very high: soap&mist do their job, since brows stay as you style them (and the coconut scent is wonderful). I still have to try the cloth-cleanser duo, but I decided to "spoil" the cleanser before finishing another one that I'm using. I have sensitive skin and I can say that the cleanser is really good (actually, wishing now that the bottle was the one with 250 ml).
Moreover, the customer service has been efficient and kind.

5 stars are very well deserved, and yes, if you're just that little curious - as I was - you should definitely buy the products, since you won't be disappointed.

Only a note: if you live in Italy, consider adding some extra money to the actual price, I suppose due to taxes at the borders after Brexit (the team actually wrote about this in the FAQs section).

Fabulous soap brow and prep mist. Brilliant company

Its the first time I'm using the products and they are very good, everything what I ordered was great!!!
I has problems with the shipping address but it was solved immediately as well.

I got the eye gel and brush which a great for my long brows and I also got the extra strong brow soap and watermelon melon mist. When I use them the first time the watermelon mist bottle was faulty and it wasn’t spraying, it was leaking from everywhere, so I sent an email to their CS. They sent me a new one straight away, so yes I would give this company five stars!

This product is amazing. Holds brows in place all day. Doesn’t turn white. Will definitely purchase again.
