I have had the WORST experience with…

I have had the WORST experience with Vanderbilt and their team. For starters I purchased a home 5 years ago, the day came where we were ready to sell. I reached out to Vanderbilt to get a copy of my title only to find out that they never transferred the title over to my name. I have been dealing with them for a month trying to get this fixed. They let me know last Friday that they sent the paperwork needed to my DMV. today when I called the DMV to see if they had finally received it, I was told that Vanderbilt sent my documents to a different county’s DMV. The DMV now has to send the documents back to Vanderbilt then Vanderbilt has to send it back to my county, mind you I’m in Colorado!!!! I have let Vanderbilt know that this is time sensitive as I already had buyers for my mobile home and closing was going to be soon, they obviously didn’t care I offered to pay for overnight shipping the first time so that this could get here on time and they refused, I asked THEM to pay for overnight shipping and they refused as well. Every single one of their supervisors have promised to give me a call back when they find something out, I wait until the next day to call them back and surprisingly the supervisor is busy and can’t take any calls. None except for Hunter has called me back to let me know how the process is going. I was in contact with one other supervisor who gave me nothing but wrong information the whole time she was extremely rude. While I understand that mistakes are made, Vanderbilt has not once done anything to resolve this matter effectively, successfully or on a timely manner.

I talk to Jerry Mendoza and his supervisor, after being several payments behind on my mortgage. This was due to the unforseen medical situation that rock my life, my daughter who is 4 years old was diagnosed with Leukemia. They were very professional and showed great integrity in doing what they could do to put me back on track. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and care/concern that was given to me. Thank you again Vanderbilt!!!

This is by far the worst company I have…

This is by far the worst company I have EVER worked with, not just for financial services but their customer service and common knowledge of their own products and offerings. Even to someone with a near 800 credit score I was treated like garbage! They wanted 35% equity in order to get the going market rate! That is INSANE! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use VMF they are SCAMMERS!

Yep big rip off

Yep big rip off. My house has mold and they think just because their name is on a insurance check they gone dictate repairs and distribute money how they want to no sir I'm hiring the attorney that was advising me on this matter Monday I will see vanderbuilt mortgage in court let's not mention I'm not in my house because I can't get the repairs done nobody wants to wait to be paid whenever they feel like it they want their money when the job is done

A plus service …

I had the pleasure of meeting Sherry Watson via telephone. Her people skills are outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and has a calming down to earth spirit. I feel she is the example of what customer service should be. I would recommend your company to anyone just having spoken with her alone.

Christmas Spirit

What an experience! I received the best and unexpected service from Jessica Leon! My husband and I have been struggling with being independent contractors the last few months and running behind on all our payments. Jessica took the time to speak with me, guide me, and looked into what they could offer to help. She was able to get us help that will no doubt help us in the right direction to get back on our feet. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts. It was nice speaking with someone who cares and is willing to take that extra step to help! Thank you Jessica! Happy Holidays

Robin Rhines has to be the most down to…

Robin Rhines has to be the most down to earth and understanding person I've ever dealt with in any kind of financial situation! She is an absolute asset to Vanderbilt Mortgage and if Vanderbilt is willing to truly help people then she is the kind of person they need to retain and pay appropriately what they are truly worth!
I have been a customer with Vanderbilt for over 15 years and I finally needed help and I got it through the assistance of Robin Rhines!!!
If not for her I do not know that things would have went as smoothly as they did but she made sure that there were no obstacles in my path and I truly appreciate that!

I was completely stressed out over…

I was completely stressed out over unforeseeable issues that put me behind with payments, and Vanderbilt worked with me to get caught up.
The Supervisor, Bethany, unloaded an enormous amount of stress off my shoulders. Thank you Vanderbilt, for the wisdom to place Bethany in a position to help families stay in their homes.
Thank you Bethany. And life goes on!

Vanderbilt mortgage is the best mortgage finance company to work with you during these economical hard times. Every account representative that has been over our account has been empathetic and we are so grateful they have been willing to work with us not just during good times but also the bad times

covid hit hard on everyone not just us…

covid hit hard on everyone not just us got behind filed for home asst program they added 5597.00 to account said we got it then took it away made mistake we where in chapter 13 in automactic stay they would no help ask about refi freshstart loan said we would have to comeup with alot of money down if i had that money wouldnt been behind they talked us into signing it over instead of helping the name is still on bankrupsy i feel they where in violation of automatic stay
