Great service and advice from the team on social media. I ordered the trial pack and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately I won’t be purchasing again as it’s not vegan but if that changes I definitely will!

We are working on making version 2 vegan🙌. Our vitamin D comes from the wool of sheep. This makes Triumph currently vegetarian and not fully vegan . We are on the case! 💕🐏

Not for me compared to my usual supplements
Unfortunately I did not find this effective. I found that all my hormonal symptoms were worse on Triumph than on my previous regime of generic-brand women's vitamins, krill oil and curcumin supplement. I tried it for 2 months and I'm sure it works well for others but just not for me. I had no issues with the taste or digestion. I thought the delivery and packaging were v convenient. I'd like to see more of the evidence base about all the ingredients.

We understand that you may have found it expensive, it's not your average supplement. There are 55 different nutrients and superfoods in Triumph and we use only the highest quality ingredients in each Phaseblend. I can't get over how much energy I have, I would always find myself quite drained between work and kids but I honestly feel great. I also find myself happier as I've more energy, I'm getting more things done. Looking forward to the next few months to see other changes.

Fantastic product
I'm on my 7th pack at the moment and I'm hooked. My skin, hair and nails definitely improved and I'm definitely experiencing milder periods. Used to get a lot of cramping and that definitely eased off. I have noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels and I'm back exercising. I also finally started losing weight that I gained after having 2 children, so I'm delighted 🤗 Recently I signed up for the monthly subscription, which saves a lot of money and time as my monthly vitamins are delivered straight to my door with free delivery. 5 stars from me!

Absolutely brilliant!
Huge improvement in PMS symptoms - pain, mood, energy levels, skin, focus, bloating, seeing a huge change. Definitely noticing my hair and nails are getting stronger. The best part for me is how these taste (I dilute them in a pint of water 👌). My day to day energy levels are also so much better throughout the month! My skin is transformed
Was skeptical about this at first (sorry) but decided to give it a go as I'd run out of my usual vitamins and I had heard about Triumph from a friend. I'm on my third month using now and can say without doubt that this has made a difference to my skin. I usually suffer from hormonal acne the week before my period. My chin is full of scars. But since the first month taking this, I have had clear skin and no sign of the acne appearing. I wanted to give it a few months before I write this review in case it was a coincidence, but I am positive now as nothing else has changed in my daily life except my supplements. People are asking me what am I using on my skin because it is so clear, so I am recommending it to everyone! I've seen some comments about the taste on here, and I did find it pleasant ,but I thought it was quite sweet to begin with, so I take it in a pint glass of water now and it's perfect. Congratulations Triumph on a fantastic product.

Thank you Triumph! One cycle in and beside feeling great, having more energy and less severe pms symptoms for the first time in ages I have had no breakthrough bleeding, my period just started! I'm definitely going to stick with taking it! Would definitely recommend giving it a try.

The initial excitement about the product quickly faded after tasting it. It makes my stomach upset and leaves a nasty after-taste for the entire day. The money-back guarantee also seems to be just a marketing phrase as you can't actually return the product once you opened it. Makes no sense with this kind of product really.
Edit: After posting this review I was offered a refund immediately if I deleted it. Even though my initial claim was met with a different attitude. They also removed the money back guarantee claim off their website. Do not trust the stellar rating. Try a sample before you buy and see for yourself.

As with any food supplement, the body can take some time to adjust to the higher levels of magnesium and amino acids. We would always recommend taking Triumph after a full meal. We have this information and a lot of FAQ’s answered on the website.
