I was initially frustrated with VirturalShield, as I am out of the United States, but their A+ customer support stayed with me until every single one of my issues was resolved and now the product works seamlessly.

I've been using VS VPN since 2020 and I absolutely love it. I recently had a issue regarding connecting to certain countries and my answers were quickly and professionally answered by Tom. It's refreshing that VS uses highly skilled workers and boy do they know their stuff! Tom was like talking to an engineer, not a typical level one or two help-desk type. His knowledge of the VS products was unmatched. I had a legacy version of VS so I upgraded and Tom was able to give me a life-long 70% discount since I was a long term customer. It's really unique to find a tech company with any customer support worth a darn, it's exceptional to find one running like Virtual Shield where they actually care and are quite responsive! So thank you Tom and Virtual Shield for being a truly awesome company! - Darryl

Olivia is a superstar she was very helpful and patient

I received an email purporting to be from Aol this morning, saying my account would be terminated if I didn't secure it. It was obviously fake, but I clicked on the link to see what they were after, and after a couple of automatic forwardings it resolved to the Virtualshield website.

Needless to say I won't be signing up, they're not really the type of people I wish to give me personal data or PC access.

Been with VS for several years and thanks to a breech, pardon my sarcasm, when my autopay came I got a text they declined the payment. I went into PANIC mode and I chatted with Pearl and we got it resolved in a matter of minutes! Great service!
I recommend everyone get on with VS they are TRUSTED and value their customers!

Pearl, the lady that assisted me was the most professional person I have chatted with in quite a while now. Please commend her for her work, she is truly an asset to your company.

I have spent hours trying to figure out why VirtualShield was not connecting to their servers. Went from one customer service rep to another, they were all trying hard to figure out what was going on. My issue was elevated to technical support and I ended up communicating with Tom. He was incredible! Step by step Tom provided me with suggestions until such time as he finally figured out the issue and resolved my problem. I have never had a technician with the knowledge, patience and willingness to solve the problem. Thank you Virtual Shield and thank you Tom!

Henry Keifer is the most amazing person you have working. Everytime I have a problem - he is available, on point and most helpful. AMAZING.

This App is great. Login once and forget it. Easy access and reliable customer service. I had some issue with billing and Amenda M, was very helpful and solved my problem without my input. I was a subscriber of a different app, but virtual shield is much more reliable in terms of service and connections. I will rate the highest in my opinion.

The attention to my issue was dealt with respect and humour by Thomas. I felt empowered and consequently more balanced. Very important when you deal with seniors!!! Thank you Thomas for your ongoing support.

I was having trouble with the virtual shield program connecting. I was deleting the app on the home page and your representative Fernando forwarded a link that explained that I had to delete the storage. Resulting in the program working again. Thanks Fernando!

Fast response for any issue that may come up. With computers there is always an issue guaranteed so this is #1 on the top of my list.

Amazing customer support! I can’t thank Henry and Thomas enough for assisting me in switching my account from the Apple App directly to Virtual Shield. Henry stayed in communication with me during the last 4 months of my Apple subscription and set up an automatic subscription so I wouldn’t have to worry about not having any service during the transition. Both Henry and Thomas went over and above my expectations. They always stayed in communication with me. I feel like I’m in good hands now! Thank you so much!
