The worst customer service
This is the worst customer service I have encountered. I bought a Telefunken TV which they manufacture and provide service for. The TV never worked properly so I asked them for a solution.
The communication is awful. They take 24hrs to answer every email, I guess they are heavily understaffed. All the responses have come from different specialists which is not ideal.
At the end they wanted me to install a new firmware to the TV where they clearly specify that if it doesn't work or you don´t install it properly is not their fault and basically you would end with a broken TV out of warranty.
I said no and they will have it shipped to their workshop for fixing but repair time is between 2 and 4 weeks.
I already wasted one week trying to find a solution and they expect me to wait another month.
