Terrible customer service
Damaged product & terrible customer service - my advice do not buy in this store!
They delivered our couch damaged, I reported the issue, the store suggested to do exchange and … nothing! When I sent follow-up messages (twice already) with request to provide timeline about further steps. They sent the previous email with options. They do not reply to the phone and all this looks like SCAMMER’S scheme.

Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service and communication. They are virtually impossible to contact, not available by phone or direct message only an email form that takes 24hours to receive a reply each time. I spent 500 euro on chairs and 2 of them didn’t arrive - with no way to track where the last parcel was if it even exists. Avoid ordering from this company!

I would give 0 if possible
I would give 0 if possible. After more than a month I’m still writing emails (cause via phone no one answers) cause they delivered only 3 boxes out of 4! They just find excuses and don’t send me what I payd almost 500€!! I’m afraid it’s a scam and I’ll have soon to take legal action! The birthday present for my 7 years daughter became a nightmare for me!
UPDATE: I was contacted by the client service, I don’t remember the name of the lady who called me 2 times, but she was very kind, helpful and solved all the problems! I kept also writing directly in the “order link” and received also there help. So at the end finally everything went good, I just received the last package so I haven’t assembled the furniture yet, but I’m thankfully satisfied about the order!

They seem to have nice products and customer service is also good
I have bought 2 products recently from this website. The first was a lovely office chair, all went well, except that is has a small defect which very likely happened during transport.
The 2nd product, was a bathtub and that was delivered cracked in a few places. I've made a damage claim to the vente-unique website and, despite some delays caused maybe by the summer vacation, they've reimbursed me in full.

Poor after sale service!
The product it self for now seems ok, but the after sale customer service is orrible! I had to write them many many times and I never an answer to what I was asking - actually a very important information about the installation of the gate!

Helpful customer service
I wish to give a 0 star instead of 1. Very bad service and never will I order from here again. I ordered a tv meubel which was supposed to arrived last week Thursday. But the delivery did not come. I have been contacting the seller and customer service but the number is not even going through and no one I helping. I do not even know where my order is and the seller uses a translator so he or she do not understand Dutch or English and that’s very bad. All I need now is my money back.

I ordered a dressing table and, unfortunately, it arrived with both the table and the mirror completely broken and shattered. After many frustrating attempts to get the issue resolved, I finally received outstanding help from one employee, Frederick. He took the time to listen, handled everything efficiently, and made sure I received a full refund. While the experience started off very very disappointing, Frederick’s professionalism and support made a huge difference.

No Support After Purchase-Product Not Functional as Sold
I bought a "double door" from Vente-Unique, only to discover upon delivery that it was actually two independent single doors and a shared frame — with no appropriate installation manual for the so-called "double door" setup.
After installation (based on product page images), the doors couldn’t even close properly, and the professional installers confirmed this was not a proper double door setup. I provided detailed photos and videos of the issue and contacted their customer service multiple times.
Although the website promises a response within 24 hours, I’ve received no reply to my emails, and even the live chat service offers no real solution or timeframe. All I get is vague assurances that "it will be handled."
Meanwhile, my door remains installed in a non-functional state, and I’m left with no guidance, no response, and no accountability from Vente-Unique. It’s deeply frustrating.
I am now considering further legal steps and reporting this case to EU consumer protection agencies. Until then, I cannot recommend shopping here — you're on your own after paying, even if the product is defective or incomplete.

Betaling with Klarna not transferred
I have ordered a dinning set for the garden, a round table with four chairs. I received 3 chairs with crooked legs, they offered two options: new chairs or a voucher. I choose the new chairs but it took so long that I decided to accept the voucher.
The payment was done by Klarna for me, but I keep on receiving messages that I still have to pay the order otherwise they will send me to legal collection.
A very bad experience with this webshop, impossible to call anyone to solve this situation, already busy for 2 weeks and still no solution.

Defective product, no customer service
Defective product, no customer service.
They sent me a defective product, so I opened a case stating I'd like the defective part replaced. Got a reply once saying that they will send a new part, but then they vanished.
Now I have a big unit I cannot put together, no idea if I get the part, and have spent the money long ago.
Avoid this website at all cost, absolutely no customer service.
Update for request for reply from Vente Unique:
I have added the order number to the details on the site.
After trying whatsapp and chat again, I got a reply, and currently still on hold as they say 6-8 more days till I get the replacement part that they previously said 6-8 days for on the 24th of march (13 days ago). However, no tracking number or confirmation, just a reply on my old choice for replacement part like the 13 days in the middle didn't happen. So no idea if this time they will remember or not...

Garbage stuff
Sadly, after receiving a damaged product, and following the steps required by the company to report it, it's been now 2 weeks of no actual resolution. I've sent in pictures that clearly show where the damages are, yet i received a generic email back asking me for more information on the damaged parts... whatsapp contact = utterly useless. Any other contact? Same. Don't waste your money here. Chances are you'll need to buy new furniture elsewhere, after they've gotten your money and sent you garbage.
Update: when trying to have a conversation with a customer service 'representative', they fail to speak english, after repeated requests. Entirely unhelpful either way. Asking for more photos - of what, you may ask. The same damages i had already sent in, well photographed. You'd think that a degree in photography would suffice when taking simple photos like that. Not for Vente, they have higher standards apparently. So high, they find it beneath them to actually help their customers when issues arise.
