Wish I’d looked them up before placing an order as it seems this is not a legitimate business. Ordered coconut bites on Sept 27th and have heard nothing despite multiple emails. Working in getting my bank to refund the charge now…

Made an order on 3 April 2024, received a confirmation email that order had been received. Sent them an online contact message requesting update last week with no response. No contact number or email listed.

Made an order on 12 Feb, but have heard nothing further
Made an order on 12 Feb, and received email saying order was being processed. Nothing further, although my credit card has been charged for product + shipping.
Filled out contact form with enquiry as to status of order, and no response. That was a month ago. Will try again before starting section 75 proceedings.
