Incredibly incompetent

Incredibly incompetent. I ordered two counter stools. They sent me the wrong order (different counter stools). When I call them to ask them to sed me the good order, they asked me whether I couldn't simply use the ones they had sent to me. After insisting, several calls, emails and whatsapp exchanges, they said they would send me the right ones. Well, instead of two stools, I received one, and even with missing pieces. This is really unacceptable. Do not buy from Vameto.

Where is my order?

I ordered a chair online. What’s happened next?! The delivery label created right away and shows delivery next day. And next day it changes to delivey cancelled. Why? They never ship it out only give you a fake hope of delivey number to keep checking everyday! What’s funny business here!

return is not possible

Impossible to return the online order by post. There is no return form or any documentation/ bill in the package. They said to return the product to an address, but then how do they know whose package it is? No response to emails on this question. Just don't order online.
