Pathetic place to buy furniture from. They withhold info on furniture features. All.of their product is wood only on top or where your eyes can see. Back of all the cupboard is thin particle wood which a child can break. All their has cheap metal frame which they don't mention..customer care are local supermarket people who doesn't know how to talk
They have no ladder to climb on
Urban ladder ? They have no ladder to climb on. They don’t hold their sellers accountable for anything.
Delivered a sofa after multiple follow ups, and now waiting for installation.
Urban ladder customer service has no idea what’s going on. They commit for a date and then say it’s upto the seller. Seller doesn’t call for installation and now no one is picking up the call.
I am not sure what should be done next. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
Worst company EVER
We ordered various products worth 70K with them in the recent sale and I have come to the mindset that I should never buy from them again. I am so frustrated with them that I took time out of my busy monday to write reviews about them so that others won't get fooled by them like I did.
The delivery timeline is atrocious. We ordered our products around the end of May, it's July, and we still haven't received everything. Urban Ladder showroom guys are now saying that the product got caught with by customs and it will be August for me to get my product. The customer care confirmed the same.
Want to hear a better experience I had from Urban Ladder? The customer service guy started his call with me by saying "Sir, I got fired today, I'm not in the mood to speak". After I get pissed off and shouted at him, he said, "Sorry sir, I wasn't speaking to you, please tell your query". Like what the hell?
To top it all off, the sofa which we bought, not even 1 month old, broke down today when my friend sat on it. It wasn't mishandled or anything, he will barely by 80Kgs, he sat down the left leg at the back of the sofa broke. I'm done with this company.
Never ordering from them again
Furniture is decent, but their installation process and customer service is trash.
I needed to reschedule the allotted time for installation. Over a two week period my installation kept getting moved one day ahead at a time. No one from the install team called me.
Every time you call UL they say they will speak to the installation team but they don't. Their customer service is absolute trash and the teams they use to install are super unprofessional.
Never ordering from them again. Thank you!!

I ordered via urbanladder.com the Aversa Stone 6 Seater Dining Table with a marble top, which, based on the photo on the website, should have been almost white with small spots.
In reality, I received an almost blue marble top, which absolutely did not correspond to the information on the website.
In accordance with the platform return policy clause 2.2. I applied for a refund, but was refused. I was informed that in their opinion there are no differences in the product and the photo on the site

I ordered Solid Wood Ballito Storage Bed - King Mahagony Finish on 30/05/2023 (Order ID T925068103). The bed is covered under three years warranty. Within four months, the headboard of the bed got broken. After raising complaint, Urban Ladder denied the warranty claim and replied ...
"Please note that we had this checked with our internal quality team based on the inspection reports. We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to take this forward as this is not due to product defect or poor craftsmanship.
The warranty does not cover damages due to usage of the product beyond its intended use and wear & tear in the natural course of product usage. Hence, we are sorry that we are unable to take this request."Also I want to make people aware of practices followed by Urban Ladder once they sell a product. Please give a second thought before buying products from Urban Ladder.

Terrible customer service and build quality. We bought a writing desk marketed by Reliance Retail and after installation found out that there was absolutely no internal finish and the wood was splintered in the inner areas. Given it was Mango wood, this increases risk of infestation.
Even after sending video proof and their own installation team saying that this is indeed poorer quality than they have seen with other products, their 'Quality Team' said nothing can be done as that is how the product should be - unfinished, unpolished, and splintered and chipping apart.
Very poor service and the customer care…
Very poor service and the customer care team is lethargic and unfriendly .Most of them lie and i have been forced to keep a defective product for nearly 20 days with the team telling some stories or other on the time they will replace the defective product .Untrustworthy company .Beware !
Experience was a disaster and Money gone down the drain
We recently visited the store in Phoenix Mall, Kurla , Mumbai. Selected a Computer chair range circa 12K. We selected a lighter shade but the sales person in the store ordered a darker shade online. They give you a tab to fill ur details , address etc. Seems advanced but who knows their inventory levels and deceit in the process. We were in a hurry and did not check in detail believing the sales person. To our horror, the darker shade was delivered. Then we asked for a change of chair with lighter shade (color). The Company took us on a ride for over a month. There were intimidating calls and blatant lies. Stories fabricated by their teams, justifying the delivery. The Company refuses to exchange the product. Its been a month and No Resolution. My inner feeling, the Company is broke with limited inventory it wants to get rid off. Do not fall for their scam. Very Dissatisfied with their service. Never faced or experienced such poor after sales or response from any Company thus far.
Poor aftersales service, failure to deliver
Company overcommits to sell. I ordered furniture a month ago from Urban Ladder, Axis Mall, Kolkata. They committed to deliver within a week, max 10 days. Still not delivered. Don't fall for their sweet words. Extremely poor after sales service (or the lack of it).
Also, they charged me twice in the pretext of failed transaction. I finally got the refund after multiple follow ups when I showed them the credit card bill.
