Umobix Scam
I was using a different website earlier than suddenly it switch to another website called Geo finder which belong to Umobix. I didn't noted it was another website so I paid 1$ at first then after a premium option show up. I clicked not to pay but it was paid automatically using my visa card costed 25$ with taxes
I tried to contact the support team, first was Jonathan Lewis which was very unhelpful and yap about unrelated policies and other irrelevant information. Later another member, Billing manager Helen Green tried to offer me an extended trials and said that they couldn't refund due to their policies. I tried to declined the offer but they insist that I should deal with it. At the end I lost 25$ for nothing.
I don't how they run a company with this mindset. Greedy and unreasonable. Please don't use this website at all. All from experience.

Don't get glitched payment back
Got a glitch during payment, and a helpdesk chat pop up saying "something went wrong with the payment, you need help?"
Since I also did not get a notification of my bank nor in the email I went back and went through the purchase cycle again. Again, after the okay from my bank, back to the purchase screen, same pup up, and a "confirm purchase" button. Clicked it, did not get put through my bank, but immediately got a pop up saying they added the support plan retrospectively to my purchase - without me okaying my bank. And then got charged for two one-month subs and the support plan.
Went immediately to the helpdesk chat, Jonathan. Was not helpful, just put my request to the billing department, maybe I'll hear back from them in a week or two.
Very, very predatory purchase process. And a VERY expensive one month of umobix.

Amazing app that helps keep you safe.
Amazing app that helps me every year! I wouldn't know what to do without it. It really helps weed out the "romance scammers" which are very common these days. Worth every penny.
