Since the installation I have found very poor after sales service. They promised guarantee paperwork and a wi fi booster to improve comms with the battery. Neither have been produced and now I get no replies to contact efforts.

As allways it starts with a cold call promising great deals, we are so glad we took this call.We're in the process of having a new roof fitted and spray form removed with a local firm but when we spoke to the REP all in he saved us £8000 so we said yes with in 10 days the scaffold was up and the work started 2 days later.
Tommy,Walter and the fitting team were all over it everything was discussed with me and any problems, repairs was shown and photographed and dealt with,Also had good relationship with Page and her colleagues in the office. All in all a very happy customer.

They phoned me to tell me that would come and check the batteries they installed two years ago. Aaron, their engineer, came and did the check and the quality of service given was excellent. Aaron was helpful and courteous, explaining what he was doing and was a credit to Trusted Homes Solutions. It was so nice to meet such a lovely young man.

I have found everyone I have spoken with to be helpful and friendly. A first class engineer visited yesterday and was very professional he gave me a full explanation of the checks he made. I am happy to be with this company and to recommend them.

Be careful as after fitting they will phone you and offer vouchers if you leave a good review.
But after several emails to them still never got the vouchers so much for the word Trusted .

We were contacted in sequence by three people from Trusted Home Solutions who fully explained why they were contacting us, what the process would be and then, after we had agreed to see a representative, confirming our understanding and the appointment for the rep. The rep arrived as scheduled on the following day. We agreed to purchase a 5.04kWh battery to work with our 12-year existing solar PV system. The battery was fitted very neatly and efficiently two days later, and we were given complete technical literature and warranty information. The installer also helped us to install the AlphaESS monitoring system on our mobile 'phones. This was excellent service for a worthwhile outcome

I would have given 5stars had the installation team arrived on time although they did contact me directly to arrange a later time twice. They finally fitted my battery late in the evening which is a credit to their commitment to their customers and bosses . The two lads were polite worked quickly and quietly and cleared away any mess made . I would recommend this company to friends and family

I was contacted by a very polite gentleman who arranged a visit to discuss having a Battery to store my sola power. The man came out and we signed up that same evening.
It was all then fitted 5 days later. All of the people involved were very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Tursted Home Solutions Ltd to anyone.

We were looking for battery storage for our 11 year system. Shane came to talk us through our options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy, answered all our questions. We were booked in a week later two great engineers fitted the batteries without any complications showed us how to work and monitor the app. Nathan rang after batteries were up and running to check on everything also. Happy customer and we can start even more savings on our energy bills.

After an initial problem with the siting of the battery, which was overcome efficiently, we are very pleased with the battery and the storage of power.
We changed router and they came and sorted out what was required for the new settings.
Very satisfied with the company.

Although we have had a few teething problems with the system tripping, the customer service is amazing and they are working hard to resolve our issues. They have replied to messages outside of normal working hours.
They have worked around our very limited availability and installed the system in the location we requested, even though it was not the most convenient.
This is definitely a company I would recommend.

Engineer and office staff very helpful explaining everything for me to understand.

Tina was really kind and explained the project fully. We had to ring her a few days later to clarify some points and she came back to us promptly and answered our queries. Neil the engineer fitted the battery inverter efficiently. Nathan helped my wife to place the App on our computer as our mobile phones could not take it. Overall the customer care was good including the follow up
