We pre-order a pick up but no one showed up
We pre-order a pick up to get to the airport even got confirmation that morning of the correct pick up time but when pick up time came no one showed up and waited for almost an hour without anyone turning up. Tried calling, WhatsApp messaging and emailing to get hold of someone but no response. We had to order a taxi via Pide instead. We have previously used them plenty of times but this experience is enough for us to stop using them altogether.

Booking online was so easy
Booking online was so easy and jennie was in contact numerous times. Our flight was delayed by 3 hours but again Jennie was aware and in contact assuring all would be ok. On arrival could not find our driver and was a bit concerned but did not realise he had sent a message via WhatsApp explaining where to meet him. It was quickly sorted and he was very helpful and chatty we arrived at our apartment and he made sure all was ok before he left.
Best service have ever had on airport transport.
