the training on line via zoom has been really good way to train, convenient and in covid times a good social network of friends, has saved time in actual meeting up with travel and work commitments around training.

It is a. Very flexible and cost-effective way of training staff much better than resorting to e-learning. The trainers were very knowledgable and the interaction with the group was excellent. The staff were happy not to have the expense of travelling and parking

Excellent training, the trainers make it very informative. The trainers work hard to involve all participants and make it memorable and enjoyable.

A brilliant website - really enjoyed using it.
Would give 5* except for 2 things:
Would appreciate it being more about working in the community rather than just about care homes.
Also some of the faint grey type would benefit from being darker to have a better contrast.
Stronger fonts in future please!
Will definitely use this website again!

What a fantastic alternative to classroom training. No getting lost trying to find the venue or paying a fortune on parking!
I was a little sceptical to start with however within minutes of the training starting I nearly forgot I wasn’t in the training room with everyone else!
What I particularly liked was breaking off into smaller groups during the session so we could talk about questions and our own experiences etc.
Both trainers we had during the week were so knowledgeable and approachable.

Fantastic! Really interactive, informative and entertaining

I have found the training very good and it has covered lots of important information which will help me in my role as an assistant. Being new to caring I think it has given a good insight into what is expected of me, how I should conduct myself and carry out my work safely and professionally.

They gave us very useful information that john and I learnt a lot from this course.
