Great course provided by Total Training for my Care Certificate! Vanessa was a great host and the course was very informative, I got a lot from it

This is a great training provider that I’ve been with for the past 4 days!,and have learnt a lot from these guys with their PowerPoints and brilliant information they’ve provided me too make me feel confident in my next steps! Very recommended!:))

I have just completed 3 courses with Total Training Solutions, run on Zoom. The course content was well structured, concise, relevant and easy to understand. The course leader has had many years experience in the care industry and was able to impart her knowledge and experience to attendees. I am looking forward to doing another 4 courses with this company in a few weeks time.

Volunteers from the Friends of Harlington Hospice attended the above course on 6th July.

Vanessa who gave the presentation was a very friendly and professional lady who took us through the many hygiene requirements.

We learned about hygiene, safe preparation of food in the kitchen and also viewed some extremely interesting “teaching” Videos on what not to do! These gave us “food for thought” about eating out in restaurants!

We also learned how the Food Hygiene score points worked and how to check these ratings if they were not displayed. She a drew our attention to the various colours used for boards in food preparation ensuring that the correct boards were used so that no cross contamination took place and most important, continued utensil and hand washing throughout.

It was a very enjoyable and informative course, making everyone aware of the need to ensure all possible hygiene measures are taken in the preparation of food".

Great experience! The trainers were great and I got my care certificate done in 4 days! The zoom meetings worked well and there was lots of videos and group activities to participate in!

Thank you to Vanessa Goodchild for the training on the Care Certificate this week. I thoroughly enjoyed the positive, encouraging course and am looking forward to starting my career in care :)

I was quite anxious about doing the zoom four day training all online. Vanessa Goodchild and Larrisa Goff made me feel at ease. The training was very thorough and really well explained. I enjoyed working and branching out into our smaller groups to discuss assigned topics and share our experience. It was a very intense course and I learned a lot about the different standards in health and social care. Thank you Vanessa and Larrisa

I did a four day training course, was quite anxious about using Zoom to train but with Vanessa Goodchild and Larissa Goff both ladies were fab at their jobs, making us all fell comfortable and capable to carry out the training. I learnt a lot from this course and the other candidates who participated with their vast amount of experiences. Thank You 😊
