I usually don't write reviews on…

I usually don't write reviews on ferries, but since they don't give any explanation and have zero customer service here we go:
Trip to Elba and back.
Coming from Piombino to Elba, all good. Coming back the ferry was late and no information whatsoever was given, they crammed people from two ferries on a single one!
The ferry was late on the way back, so we lost the train to Rome and subsequently had to pay hefty taxi fee to the nearest train station. Probably the work with these taxi people,
If I could would give a big ZERO!
