As someone closely familiar with the aviation training ecosystem, I feel obligated to share an objective look at the current state of Top Crew Aviation. Aspiring pilots and their families invest massive financial resources into their education, and they deserve transparency before making a commitment here.
1. Leadership and Management Culture
The academy’s management, specifically Pipin Kumar, Anand Singh, Dinesh and the over impulsive manager Arun Kumar over there. They all operates with a highly questionable approach to student welfare and transparency. While his marketing leverages a background as a former Indigo pilot, the operational culture suggests a significant disconnect from professional airline standards. The focus of the management has shifted heavily toward financial extraction rather than quality mentorship. Direct communication with students is rare, and when interactions do occur, they frequently feel transactional and manipulative toward both students and their parents.
2. High Instructor Turnover
A major red flag for any aviation academy is faculty retention. Over recent months, the vast majority of the competent, high-quality ground and simulator instructors have chosen to leave the academy. This mass exit is a direct result of restrictive management and poor internal work ethics. When the best educators leave an institution, the quality of training inevitably plummets.
3. The FTO Claims vs. Reality
For the past two years, management has heavily marketed and exaggerated the launch of their upcoming Flight Training Organization (FTO). Admissions are actively being taken on the false premise that active flying training will commence "next month."
In reality, these timelines are continuously pushed back. Physical and objective evidence shows that no actual flight operations are underway, and the project is at a complete standstill. Students are being kept on indefinite standby based on empty promises while their career progression remains frozen. in my knowledge few parents have traveled to this location and they checked the site themselves and cancelled their admissions after getting the reality check. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR SMILING FACES..
**PARENTS & STUDENTS, STAY CAUTIOUS**
Do not be swayed solely by polished social media marketing or historical reputation. If you are a student or a parent, look past the verbal assurances. Demand to see verified operational timelines, physical proof of active aircraft, and talk to current students before handing over your hard-earned money. Wake up to the reality of the situation before risking your aviation career.
