Awesome company! Can't believe how friendly all the staff is and the incredible services they offer. Would recommend!!

Not sure how this company got all these positive reviews. Bought a mobile number to use with an app so that I could access my business calls and SMS on the same number anywhere in the world without roaming fees. Had problems from the start, which should have been a red flag. The website wasn’t allowing me to buy the plan I wanted. After a few days this got sorted and I bought what I needed. There were no real set up instructions but also the number just wasn’t working. I contacted support who rectified this, did a few test calls and sms and all seemed well. Until I realised several SMS messages hadn’t arrived. I then did some more test calls and the line was completely unusable (breaking up/couldn’t hear each other). I again contacted support to be informed that the system is “hit and miss” on mobile data (that wasn’t on the fine print and if it was I wouldn’t have purchased it). Also, the SMS completely disappeared, never to arrive, which I found strange, surely the system should be set up to at least send them when the connection is better. I was then prompted to do some testing of my wifi network which did show some problems and I was told that was the reason the service hadn’t been working. Only 1 of the problematic incidences had actually occurred on that wifi network and my partner teaches online via zoom daily and all our other communication apps/video calling is generally fine so I’m not sure how much bandwidth this service needs but it must be a lot. Or it just doesn’t do what it is supposed to do.
