I have to say i was very hesitant about ordering from this site based on a rating it got from some scam scoring site. Well, let me tell you this was one of the least painful installs i have ever done with someone write at my finger tips helping as i walked through the install. This is one Classy company it was instant that i got someone to help and it was after 7pm EST. After a few logins to Microsoft and a couple of copy and pastes i was downloading the MS OFFICE BUSINESS SUITE. It was literally less than 5 minutes to download and the full install was under 10 minutes. All this for under $50 what wow is all i can say at this point.

We have sent you multiple emails and even called you on the provided phone number. The phone just rings and call gets disconnected there is no option to leave a voicemail as well. We believe that you are in India at the moment if possible provide us a working phone number.
Our chat associate Morris tried to help you but the chat was getting disconnected due to some technical issues with the chat software.

ALL was a just as they described, easy to follow instructions MAKE sure you pick a version that works with the OS or system in my case I got the one for a new Mac with the Catalina OS.
Microsoft does verify the license they sell and with your account it take just a few minutes to download ... Install ... and activate.

It works! Hard to believe, but a complete Office Pro for under $50. Wow!
Works exactly as you'd expect. I had a complete version of Office Pro installed on my new PC 5 minutes after paying for the license.
I will definitely be using TheSoftCart again and recommending them to friends and family. Great deal.

Best online purchase and service ever!
Was very pleasantly surprised to find Softcart and their product line and competitive prices. Best of all, the service was impeccable…professional, prompt, courteous, personal, effective and efficient.
Although I haven’t yet fully explored the software to verify its functionality, of what I have tried, no problems whatsoever. Worth every penny!

We specified on the product page that office doesn't work on any iOS, iPad and few more types of devices and also, You have redeemed the license into your Microsoft account. Which means you have used the license. Which cannot be undone. Hence, we cannot refund as we trust our product buyers will read the product description or ask us clearly any questions they may have. We are really sorry for the experience you had with us, but the license is still in your Microsoft account. Which will allow you to install it in any other compatible devices.
