Be aware
i have order a paire of shoe on June 15.They said that they will send them 1-3 business days.After 7 days I demanded a reimbursement they still send them on June 25.I return them after I made a complaint through PayPal.They confirm received the package July 1.They confirm the reimbursement July 12.We are July 19 and I still didn’t received any money.They don’t respect any policy on they’re site .The costumer service is very polite but is only a platform somewhere in the world reading a piece of paper with some standard answer trying to buy time.Read very carefully all the reviews on this site and make your one conclusion.I have exchanged at lest 30 emails with this site to have my money and I have a open dossier to PayPal.Think before if all this is worthy…order 3000324206

Limited Edition Watch Strap
So I had a request, that was not the easiest or most straightforward. I requested an extra watch strap from a recent purchase I had made. Two other online retailers could not help me.

Liars!! Terrible service!
I am very disappointed with them. I made an order 2 weeks ago, and still no order! I wrote them, they apologized and promised that it will be delivered within 2-4 days. I’ve got nothing! Took too long
Similar to the last reviewer, I had a problem with delays. An order that was supposed to take 3-5 working days to dispatch did not arrive after almost three weeks. It seemed to have sat in a warehouse in Italy for a long time.
In the end I got fed up and cancelled it as i had no idea when it would turn up.
The people I dealt with were pleasant enough and apologetic for the delay. They generally responded quickly to emails, but I had to ask for updates rather than being told proactively what was going on.
A real shame as they sell some lovely clothes.

Terrible customer service and support
I ordered a coat on 5/31 and the site said it would be dispatched within 1 business day. I had not heard anything for 4 days and emailed to check on the status of my order. Jaime said that he would check with logistics and let me know. 4 more days pass without any update so I requested a refund. Simple, right? No.
Two more days pass and I heard from Emily wanting to know how to proceed. I reiterated my desire to cancel the order. It was once again ignored. Two more days pass and I get an email saying they will check with logistics "OR cancel". I immediately responded that I still want to cancel the order. Seriously? It had been a week since my first cancellation request and The Rake still has not processed the cancellation. It's now 14 days since the initial order and 7 since I expressed my desire to cancel. No tracking number has been provided, the cancel request has not been honored and The Rake has never refunded my money.
I have never had the pleasure of such terrible customer service from anywhere. Save your time and money. Don't waste it on anything from The Rake.

Baptiste checked in with me to ensure that I had the correct sizing which I very much appreciated. Nice touch! Furthermore I requested my ready to wear item to be shipped sooner as the MTO pieces are seven to eight weeks away. My Rubinacci tie arrived two days later. I was very impressed to say the least. High quality items at very reasonable price points with exceptional customer service! What more could a gentleman ask for? The Rake is quite simply the best!

Tracking orders and lowest level support
I ordered just a summer silk jacket.
After a few days coming letter from The Rake with a notice that order completed.
Completed mean delivered to the customer!
Pls be correct: shipped!
Well but: Tracking number not workable. After request of assistance TheRake sent letter that shipper not a FedEX ( as was specified in notification) but Royal Mail.
Well but letter from Rake was with a referral link to DHL with tracking!!! Yes you are correct read: no Fedex, no Royal Mail which they talk but DHL...
Sure all three carriers do not shown tracking which The Rake gave to me...All of three told that tracking number is incorrect.
I think all will be agreed it exactly not expected level of service from premium shop.
Ok we can talk about covid impact on level of service, but not a for this time. Since I am ordered jacket and ping-ponging letters with staff which sign own name in emails from small letter!!!!, I am got orders from Matchesfashion and MrPorter (less 1 week!!!) They are working faster, better and much more transparent.
Until now I am don’t know where my order. Due I need to pay custom tax here, in recieving place...even I don’t know via which carrier and which their custom broker I have to pay it! Because Rake not provided any clear info.
That all I can tell about my experience...
Thinking with fear about my second order which I am un carefully pleased at Rake on next day which still have status processing...
