Took weeks to deliver and one of the cards is severely damaged.
I tried to cancel the order at one point, but the clown, Craig, didn't even respond.
I won't be going back.

Good product, poor communication
Good quality product and secure packaging. Poor spot is the lack of communication - I received emails about stuff like when it was being shipped, but they were vague and the order arrived later than it should of been. However they later cleared this up (explained and apologised). Good products though.

Orders are normally sent out when received before 16:00, however, there have been occurrences where we have had to post the next day, our apologies. With your situation, the order was sent out on the 15th rather than 14th, which is our mistake.

Unfortunately, when you order one straw, you only get one straw. If you need a cleaner, the 5-Pack comes with four straws and one cleaner, thanks!
