Attention, this is the worst perfume oil I've ever had so much money for free, customer service has no understanding, absolute rip-off Attention!

I recently ordered from common scents, and I wish I would have use my common sense and read more reviews before ordering. The oils I ordered were white Amber and white musk they very very are weak my assistant and I could just barely make out a sent. We are absolutely dissatisfied with this company. Please do not order from this company.

I had previously ordered from this company before, and the quality was stellar. However, when I received the order that I placed for both my wife and I in November of 2022, every last scent smelled the same and weird. The consistency of the oil was also different -- almost as if it was cut with something. When I called the company to alert them, they wanted me to pay to ship the product back to be analyzed. What could have been a lasting business relationship, is now viewed as a horrible experience. I will leave the door open for the company to correct this problem -- I supported the company with a nearly $200 purchase of 30-product selections that unfortunately all smelled the same.

This is the worse experience I have ever had with purchasing a product..I wasn't happy with the smell of the oils none of the 16oz smell right more like wet clay (women) and desiel fuel (men).I returned paid 24.00 to ship only to be told by a customer service rep I have to relinquish 25% restocking fee.the returned was verified from customer service how ever I have yet to receive my refund..

Shipped quickly. Provided updates. Nice quality products but I wish scents would last a bit longer.

I placed an order on the July 22nd and today is the 28th I have not heard from this company regarding the delivery status. Upon completing order there was no delivery date. The "Shop" tracking app informed me that I will receive real time tracking updates when they receive a tracking number from Common Scents. How long does that take?... because I'm still waiting.

I have recently turned to perfume body oils, instead of regular perfumes, after purchasing one or 2 from eBay. So decided to try out The Common scents. I must say the few I've bought smell almost the same as the brand ones but projection is weak. Smell doesn't last long but with the cheap prices I'm able to reapply as much a I'd like which I cannot afford to do with expensive brands. I also turn it into a spray by using old perfume spray from sample that I have gotten in the past.They also do not dry out your skin which may be a bonus. And their a shipping fees may be a negative.☺

Honestly wanted to leave a O rating because that's what I got, nothing. That, plus the offer to pay shipping again.

I purchased almost $50 worth of products from thecommonscent and the smell of the body oils are terrible...this company has gone downhill trying to cut cost. I am going to have to shop somewhere else

I can't even touch this stuff due to the outrageous shipping. A 14.99 bottle of oil with $13.00 shipping?

The Common Scents and their other company perfume-oils has gone down hill. i'D BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS

FIND A DIFFERENT SUPPLIER.
EACH PURCHASE OVER THE LAST COUPLE YEARS HAS GOTTEN WORSE AND WORSE. THIS ONE HAS no SCENT AT ALL. (no covid)

First, let me start out with if you think you are going to pay 3 to 6 bucks for the exact match to Tom Ford's lost cherry which is around 75 bucks for a 10 ml spray well I have a few items that I want to sell you!! Ok, now on to the review. I have a pretty decent collection of cologne and perfume for my wife. We have large bottles and many 5 to 10 ml decants or travel sprays. I found this site after first going to perfume parlour which is a UK-based store that has a very large selection of oils and sprays that are their version of just about any fragrance you can think of. They are however more difficult to get shipped here to the US so I looked elsewhere. I found thecommonscents and I was happy with the selection. After checking out the site I ordered 12 bottles of 1oz glass rollerball oils and the same 12 scents in 10ml glass sprays. I wanted to compare. Packaged shipped the next day after ordered and arrived 2 days later. The items were very well packed in a zip lock bag, wrapped in bubble wrap, and taped. Opened everything and there were no leaks or anything broken in fact the oils had a seal around the lid and bottle, super happy with the whole packaging. Next, I opened the spray bottles and gave a spritz in the towel and then a spritz on a perfume paper test strip. I bought them on amazon so I could get a better grasp on scents as they dry. Every single one was close to or almost the same as the actual fragrance. There was a note missing or it was a little softer but not one was awful or did not smell anything like the original, in fact, the Creed Aventus version I liked better than then the original version. I then went back 20 min later to smell the papers and everyone of them was still going strong. It was a few hours before the fade was really noticeable. I then went on to the oils and just from smelling the rollerball the scents were fantastic. They were even more accurate than the sprays. I put some on the paper test strips and did the same as the sprays. I have to say the oils were even more pleasant and you could pick out more of the notes at one time rather than waiting for the spray to dry and then get the middle notes. As for the lasting power, well 6 hours later and the scent barely faded. Are these oils and sprays the exact copy, uh no, however they are very good versions, in fact, more than a few, in my opinion, were better than the original, then you add the price and well all I can say is that I have already started to design how I will be storing my new collection. I will be buying more. one more thing when it comes to projection the oils are not meant to do this so, as I have learned and what I did with my first test and wearing which was very good, is to get both an oil roll-on and a spray of what scents you like to project. then you can put on the oil which will last all day and you can have a spray that will give you the projection. Best of both worlds.

Smells like watered down scent for toilets. Avoid this scam.

If I could give negative stars I would. The products smell nothing like the original scents they are imitating. The products come damaged and they want me to spend my money to ship them back for an exchange. This company is a joke and buy all the good reviews they have posted. Customer service is the worst too. Stay far away from this company and their crappy products

I've ordered from this company many times for about four years now. I've only ordered the oils. I've never had an issue with any of my orders.

This company Is full of watered down partially lightly scented Containers. If you buy from them then your simply buying the bottle or whatever they're shipping you ... They go buy different names as well so just stay clear all together and find a local supplier.

Horrible customer service . Dont order not helpful . My address was missing partial it was sent back , they said sure we will fox and send it back to you just pay us 10 dollars , I then ask for refund , sure 25% restocking fee. By the way my order was right at 100 dollars

I ordered from this company and the oils have very very little sent never again will I order rom them!

I just received my 3 bottles of mens body oil. And I must say that I'm highly disappointed. All 3 bottles that I purchased has VERY and I mean VERY little scent if any. I rubbed some on my hand. And I couldn't smell anything. All 3 bottles are like this.. what did y'all do cut the oil with water or something. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND HOW do I go about getting my refund???? I would have been better off buying oil from the Muslims on the corner... stop adding water to the oils please..🚫🚫🚰🚫🚰
