I felt that the instructor didn’t have…
I felt that the instructor didn’t have much patience with people whose first language is not English. He was a bit rude to me and another student. I didn’t feel comfortable, and I wouldn’t return or recommend it to immigrants like me. They should clearly state that this is only for Australians before taking payment.

More info for Southport regarding parking and lunch. Thanks for the parking permit and for the great lunch. A little note in the confirmation letter would be helpful. Any dietary requirements required and fridge space availability if needed, all round a good experience and would recommend to anyone, thanks

Support Staff are Amazing!!!
Training was fantastic, everything we learned was taught well and I’ve been able to use the qualification in my workplace already! I also had a bit of a situation with getting some documents, and the support staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. In particular a shout out to Demi for helping me through everything so quickly, you were a massive help, thank you again and can’t recommend them enough!!!
