Good for simple order but returns and cancelled items did not get refunded
I did get the item I ordered and it was a good price. But getting a refund on a return and getting payment for an item I cancelled before shipping just did not happen until I raised a PayPal dispute.
My advice is make sure you use PayPal to pay !!

As with any expensive item, I chose to pay the addition cost of fast insured delivery. Extremely worthwhile if you are nervous about items getting lost; but definitely not necessary if your concerns are around the validity of the company. Cheap prices but shocking service
The product itself was great — exactly as described — but everything else was a complete nightmare. Delivery was appalling, and customer service might as well not exist.
I needed the item quickly because we were going on holiday and it was meant to be a birthday present, so I paid an outrageous £20 extra for “rush delivery” (4–6 working days). Of course, it wasn’t even dispatched until day 5 — after I’d spent two days emailing them with no response — and it still didn’t arrive in time. We even delayed our trip, but it made no difference.
To make matters worse, the only way to contact customer service is by email, and they clearly don’t bother replying — I never got a response until after the item had allegedly been delivered.
If you’re happy with cheap prices and absolutely no customer service, then by all means, order from them. As for me, never again
