Over month ago bought bitcoins (3000 euros) and still not get and no refund. Many times messages and amazing explanations, now it's gotten to the point where they don't respond anymore and the best thing is that the email address no longer exists, the message is returned.
I don't recommend it to anyone!!!

Claimed "support" is deafening silence
On 6.th of May you wrote: "We have already begun an investigation and our support department will contact you shortly to clarify the details".
After a month of hearing nothing I claimed my illegally emptied wallet as previously encouraged to do by Swaps, returning the proof of its existence. -----Again a month with no reply.
Conclusion: If a customer's wallet is emptied without the owner's consent, 8400 euro in my case, Swaps just shut up and take no responsibitity. So beware future customers... This is how "safe" jour money is with Swaps.
