Can not access my flight information since they deactivated the Canada website. I have no flight information, confirmation number. There is no number to contact Student Universe Canada, and they are not calling me back or picking up. Never booking a flight thru student universe

Cant' access my flight details because you deactivated the Canada site with only 24 hours notice.

I have tried to contact StudentUniverse several times over the past couple of weeks to ask about the extra baggage I paid for since it is not showing up on my reservations. They never got back to me.

When I booked the flight it said it included one checked bag but after making the purchase this information can't be seen anywhere. I already left a request through the website to get clarification but havent recieved a response. If the ticket isnt as originally advertised I want a refund and it is only getting more expensive to book alternate arrangements.

Stupids, My ticket was cancelled it self for last moment. purchase another ticket for hi price. I am not recommends this. Its fake

I reached two times through call my issue was not resolved they refused to connect with supervisor
Also I felt there didn’t have access to tools required i am still waiting for my issue to be resolved overall it was very bad experience

It's always easy and straightforward with StudentUniverse. As usual, they attended to me quickly and resolved my issue on the spot.

I booked a flight and put all the necessary information, credit card details. After everything i got confirmation and reservation as well. Next morning i got email that they want to verify my credit card and want me to send my ID. After i sent my Id they said now price of flight is more. It was mentioned in email if i want to have same flight i have to pay more. I used student universe alot but in future I will not used it anymore.

Ease of booking and better rates. User friendly website. Great customer service through phone. It has been a great experience and will use StudentUniverse for future flight bookings.

I found amazing deals in this. I have booked a return flight from Toronto to Mumbai and Mumbai to Toronto and the price is cheapest. I would recommend this to others as well.

The price is cheeper because only this platform offer this class of ticket, the ticket is not refoundable but very cheeper and can change date with penality.
The airline company take money direct on my credit card, my ticket appear on the airline application like if i book direct with Etihad airways.

It really bad when i booked my flight from your side it was showed booked and next day it shows my tickets got cancelled so really i will do that no one should go with you guys.
